SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հունվարի 19-ին խուլիգանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է  ստացվել, որ Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության 07 խումբը «քթի վնասվածք, պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի երեխա։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ։

Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գնտվում է վիրահատարանում։

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 17-ամյա Արշակ Ա․-ն է։

Ոստիկանները հիվանդանոցում էին, երբ  շտապօգնության խումբը «դեմքի սալջարդ, պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ հիվանդանոց է բերում ևս 1 հոգու։ 

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ նա Երևանի բնակիչ 17-ամյա Գևորգ Գ․-ն է։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը «աջ ձեռքի սալջարդ, պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ նշված հիվանդանոց է բերում ևս 1 հոգու։

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Լերմենտ Գ․-ն է։

Մինչ բժիշկները 3 վիրավորներին բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կնետրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի գլխավորությամբ ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 16։00-ից միչև 17։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Բայրոնի փողոցի սկզբնամասում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արշակ Ա․-ի, Գևորգ Գ․-ի, Լերմենտ Գ․-ի և մյուս կողմից Երևանի և Հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերի բնակիչներ 17-ամյա Դավիթ Պ․-ի ,15-ամյա  Ադամ Մ․-ի , 20-ամյա Հայկ Խ․-ի, 17-ամյա Հովհաննես Հ․-ի, 16-ամյա Տիգրան Խ․-ի, 17-ամյա Հակոբ Խ․-ի, 18-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ի, 16-ամյա Աբել Ս․-ի, 16-ամյա Ալբերտ Ա․-ի , 15-ամյա Գոռ Թ․-ի, 18-ամյա Վանիկ Թ․-ի, 17-ամյա Հայկ Ս․-ի, 17-ամյա Սամվել Բ․-ի, 16-ամյա Արեն Ս․-ի, 17-ամյա Սերժ Գ․-ի, 16-ամյա Միքայել Բ․-ի , 17-ամյա Լևոն Ղ․-ի, 16-ամյա Սիմոն Մ․-ի, 16-ամյա Սարգիս Շ․-ի, 16-ամյա Միքայել Մ․-ի, 16-ամյա Սամվել Մ․-ի և 16-ամյա Տիգրան Մ․-ի միջև, որտեղ էլ նշված անձինք կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորել հասարակության նկատմամբ, միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ և ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով միմյանց հարվածներ են հասցրել։

Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում «խուլիգանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները պարզելու, մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
