Գրիպով վարակվելը կարող է վնասակար լինել ոչ միայն հղի կնոջ, այլև պտղի համար

Գրիպը սուր վիրուսային շնչառական վարակ է, որը կարող է լուրջ բարդությունների պատճառ դառնալ: Այն ավելին է, քան պարզապես հոսող քիթը և կոկորդի ցավը: Գրիպով կարող են հիվանդանալ բոլոր մարդիկ, որոշ մարդկանց մոտ այն կարող է թեթև ընթացք ունենալ, իսկ ոմանց մոտ այն բարդություններով է ուղեկցվում: Վերջինը համարվում է ռիսկային խումբ, որը ներառում է 65-ից բարձր տարիք ունեցող անձանց, մինչև 5 տարեկան երեխաներին, ուղեկցող, քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցողներին և հղի կանանց: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը։

«Հղիության ընթացքում գրիպը լուրջ, բայց բուժելի հիվանդություն է: Ըստ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ամերիկյան կենտրոնի վիճակագրության հղի կանայք ավելի հավանական է, որ գրիպի բարդությունների պատճառով հոսպիտալացման կարիք ունենան, քան ոչ հղիները: Վաղ ախտորոշման դեպքում հղի կանանց համար անվտանգ բուժումները կարող են օգնել մեղմել ախտանիշները և նվազեցնել հիվանդության տևողությունը:

Հղիության ընթացքում օրգանիզմը, բնականաբար, նվազեցնում է օրգանիզմի` հիվանդություններից պաշտպանելու ունակությունը, որպեսզի կանանց իմունային համակարգը երեխային չդիտարկի որպես սպառնալիք օրգանիզմի համար: Սիրտն ու թոքերը նույնպես ավելի ծանրաբեռնված են աշխատում` երկու հոգու արյուն և թթվածին մատակարարելու համար: Ավելին, թոքերը գործում են ավելի փոքր տարածության մեջ՝ աճող երեխայի ճնշման պատճառով: Այս ամենը ծանրաբեռնում է օրգանիզմը՝ հղիներին ավելի խոցելի դարձնելով վիրուսների և ընդհանուր առմամբ տարբեր հիվանդությունների` ներառյալ գրիպի նկատմամբ:

Հղիության ընթացքում գրիպով վարակվելը կարող է վնասակար լինել ոչ միայն հղի կնոջ, այլև նրա դեռևս չծնված երեխայի համար: Հղիության ընթացքում գրիպի հետ կապված խնդիրները կարող են պատճառ հանդիսանալ վաղաժամ ծննդաբերության, ներարգանդային թոքաբորբի, երեխայի նվազ քաշի, նույնիսկ մեռելածնության:

Լուրջ բարդություններից է, օրինակ, բրոնխիտը, որն այնուհետև կարող է վերածվել թոքաբորբի, որը լինելով կյանքին սպառնացող պոտենցիալ թոքային հիվանդություն, ամենամեծ մտահոգությունն է: Հղիները նաև ավելի խոցելի են դառնում ականջի /օտիտ/ և սեպսիսի առումով, ինչպես նաև մենինգիտի կամ էնցեֆալիտի (ուղեղի բորբոքում):

Գրիպը կանխելու լավագույն միջոցը գրիպի տարեկան պատվաստումն է, որն անվտանգ է հղիության ընթացքում:

Հղիության ընթացքում գրիպի պատվաստումը կարող է հղի կնոջը պաշտպանել գրիպից, դրա բարդ ընթացքից և հնարավոր հոսպիտալացումներից:

Հղիության ընթացքում գրիպի դեմ պատվաստումը կարող է պաշտպանել գրիպից նաև երեխաներին` ծնվելուց հետո մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում, քանի որ մայրը հղիության ընթացքում պատվաստվելիս հակամարմինները փոխանցում է ընկերքի միջոցով զարգացող երեխային: Կրծքով կերակրման ժամանակ գրիպի պատվաստանյութ ստացած կնոջ օրգանիզմում ձևավորված հակամարմինները փոխանցվում են երեխաներին կաթի միջոցով»:
