Հայաստանը ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության պատճառով պատրաստ չէ դիմադրության․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Պատրա՞ստ է արդյոք Հայաստանն այսօր դիմակայել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային։ Այս հարցը չափազանց մեծ հրատապություն ունի՝ հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի վերջին շրջանի ռազմատենչ հայտարարությունները։ Նույնիսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները, օրինակ արտգործնախարարը, նախօրեին հաստատել է ռազմական էսկալացիայի մեծ վտանգը, նշել, որ Ադրբեջանը կոշտացրել է իր հռետորաբանությունը։

Ի վերջո, միջազգային «կոշտ և խրոխտ» դատապարտումներից բացի, Հայաստանն ի՞նչ կարող է անել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային դիմակայելու համար։ Հայաստանի պատրաստ լինելը կախված է Հայաստանի ռազմաքաղաքական (գործող իշխանության, կառավարության) ղեկավարության վարած քաղաքականությունից, ըստ որի պետք է կառուցվի այս դիմադրությունը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանն է ասել այս մասին և առաջարկել համեմատել Հայաստանի ռազմաքաղաքական (գործող իշխանության, կառավարության) ղեկավարությանը և նրանց փորձը, ու Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի փորձը, կրթությունը մեր ղեկավարության փորձի ու գիտելիքի հետ, ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության ոլորտում։ «Եվ հարց տանք՝ արդյոք կարող է մեր ղեկվարությունը հաղթել այդ գայլերին, այսպես կոչված գրոսմայստերներին, կրթված մարդկանց, ովքեր կառուցում են իրենց քաղաքականությունը, ունեն ուժ և գիտեն ինչ է ռեգիոնալ քաղաքականությունը»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը, պատկերավոր նշել է, թե նույն բանն է, որ բակի ֆուտբոլային թիմը պատրաստվի խաղալ Բրազիլիայի հավաքականի դեմ։

«Ունի՞ բակի թիմը գոնե մեկ գնդակ խփելու հնարավորություն, ես կարծում եմ քիչ հավանական, ես դեռ չեմ խոսում շախմատի մասին, մարդու խաղի մասին, ով գիտի միայն սկզբնական քայլերը և գրոսմայստերի, ով ավելի շատ հնարավորություններ ունի հաղթանակի։ Մեզ մոտ հիմա այդպիսի վիճակ է»,- նշում է Կարապետյանը և միաժամանակ հայտնում, որ ցանկացած ժողովրդի դիմադրություն պետք է կազմակերպել, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հետապնդում են սպաներին, զինվորներին, վերցնում են նրանց հետ կապված ինչ-որ դրվագ, քրեկան գործ հարուցում, որոշներին տարիներով բանտարկում, այդ թվում անվանի գեներալների, որ հետ չեն քաշվել պատերազմի ժամանակ։

«Եվ նրանք ուզում են, որ ինչ-որ դրվագի համար մեղադրել և կալանավորել, այդ դեպքում ինձ մոտ այլ հարց է առաջանում՝ մարդիկ ովքեր անմեղ մարդկանց կալանավորում են և հետո նրանց ազատ են արձակում փաստերի ոչ բավարար լինելու պատճառով, ինչո՞ւ պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվում, չէ որ սխալ որոշումների պատճառով այդ մարդիկ կյանքի մի քանի տարի կորցնում են բանտում, հիվանդություններ են ձեռք բերում, ինչո՞ւ սպային կանոնադրության ինչ-որ խախտման համար կարելի է ենթարկել քրեական հետապնդման և կալանավորել, իսկ մարդիկ, ովքեր այդ որոշումները կայացնում են՝ ոչ,»- նշել է Կարապետյանը, հավելել, որ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող շատերն իրեն ասում են, որ եթե սկսեն իրենց դրսևորել, կհայտնվեն բանտում։

«Ահա այսպիսի բաներ են մեր երկրում կատարվում, դրա համար Հայաստանը ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության պատճառով պատրաստ չէ դիմադրության»,- ամփոփել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
