Ինքնաթիռը խոցել է Ուկրաինայի ԶՈՒ-ն, որպեսզի մեղադրի Ռուսաստանին. ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն՝ կործանված Իլ-76-ի մասին

ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել փոխանակման նպատակով ուկրաինացի գերիների տեղափոխող Իլ-76 ինքնաթիռի կործանման վերաբերյալ. ըստ դրա՝ այսօր՝ ժամը 11:15-ին, Կիևի ռեժիմը ահաբեկչություն է իրականացրել, որի հետևանքով խոցվել է ռուսական ռազմատրանսպորտային ինքնաթիռը, որը թռչում էր Չկալովսկի-Բելգորոդ երթուղիով:

«Ինքնաթիռը խոցվել է Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից Խարկովի մարզի Լիպցի շրջանից՝ զենիթահրթիռային համակարգի կիրառմամբ։ Ռուսաստանի օդատիեզերական ուժերի ռադիոլոկացիոն սարքավորումները դիտարկել են ուկրաինական երկու հրթիռների արձակումը: Օդանավում եղել են անձնակազմի վեց անդամ, փոխանակման նպատակով ուկրաինացի 65 զինծառայող և նրանց ուղեկցող երեք ռուս զինվորական։

Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարությունը շատ լավ գիտեր, որ այսօր ուկրաինացի զինվորականները ռազմատրանսպորտային ինքնաթիռներով տեղափոխվելու էին Բելգորոդի օդանավակայան՝ փոխանակման նպատակով։

Նախապես ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ փոխանակումը պետք է տեղի ունենար կեսօրին ռուս-ուկրաինական սահմանի «Կոլոտիլովկա» անցակետում։

Նացիստական Կիևի ռեժիմը գնաց այս քայլին՝ նպատակ ունենալով մեղադրել Ռուսաստանին ուկրաինացի զինվորականների ոչնչացման համար։ Կատարելով այս ահաբեկչությունը՝ Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարությունը ցույց տվեց իր իրական դեմքը՝ անտեսելով իր քաղաքացիների կյանքը», - ասվում է ՌԴ ՊՆ հայտարարությունում:

BBC-ի ուկրաինական ծառայությունը մեկնաբանություն է խնդրել Ուկրաինայի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբից, Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարությունից և պաշտպանության նախարարության գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչությունից ռուսական ռազմատրանսպորտային Իլ-76 ինքնաթիռի կործանման վերաբերյալ։

«Մենք նման տեղեկություն չունենք»,- ասել է BBC-ի ուկրաինական ծառայության աղբյուրը՝ կապված այն լուրերի հետ, որ ինքնաթիռը կարող էր խոցվել Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից։

Իլ-76-ի կործանման լուրից անմիջապես հետո ուկրաինական լրատվամիջոցները, վկայակոչելով Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերում աղբյուրին, պնդում էին, որ «դա իրենց աշխատանքն է»։ Այս մեջբերումը տվել են «Ուկրաինսկա պրավդա»-ն և «ՌԲԿ Ուկրաինա»-ն։ Աղբյուրի համաձայն՝ կործանված Իլ-76-ը ոչ թե գերիներ էր տեղափոխում, այլ «հավանաբար» հրթիռներ՝ C-300 ՀՕՊ համակարգի համար։

Ավելի ուշ «Ուկրաինսկա պրավդա»-ն խմբագրել է լուրը՝ հեռացնելով ուկրաինացի զինվորականների «աշխատանքի» մասին խոսքերը, իսկ «Ինտերֆաքս-Ուկրաինա» գործակալության անանուն զրուցակիցը հայտարարել է, որ իբր ինքնաթիռը խոցվել է թռիչքի ժամանակ։

Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը դեռ չի կարող հաստատել, որ ինքնաթիռը խոցվել է Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության ուժերի կողմից, քանի որ «նրանք դեռ ճշտում են տեղեկությունը», գրում է Суспільне հրատարակությունը։
