Ես չեմ գալիս քննադատելով և հայհոյելով, այլ գալիս եմ հանրության բոլոր շերտերին համախմբելու. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանում ձևավորված քաղաքական մթնոլորտը գնալով ավելի է խորանում և վերածվում իսկական թշնամականի։ Պատերազմից հետո, օբյեկտիվորեն, հանրության մի հատվածի մոտ գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ տրամադրվածությունը հասել է չափազանց ծայրահեղ և վտանգավոր եզրագծի, մյուս կողմից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցները ոչ պակաս թշնամաբար են տրամադրված այսպես կոչված նախկինների, ընդդիմության իրենց «կուռքին» քննադատողների հանդեպ։

Հանրային լուրջ պառակտվածությունը լրջագույն խնդիրներ է հարուցում պետության հետագա զարգացման համար։ Անկախ ամեն ինչից Հայաստանը կարիք ունի իշխանափոխության, սակայն կարիք ունի նաև այնպիսի քաղաքական ուժի, որը համերաշխություն է բերելու և գործող իշխանություններին հեռացնելուց հետո կարողանալու է մեկ գաղափարի շուրջ համախմբել ողջ հասարակությանը, այդ թվում թե՛ ընդդիմադիրներին և թե՛ ներկայիս իշխանության կողմնակիցներին։

Բնական է, պատերազմն իր չափազանց ծանր բարոյահոգեբանական հետքն է թողել հասարակության վրա, իսկ արդյունքում թե՛ գործող իշխանությունները և թե՛ նրանց տիտղոսային ընդիմությունն անընդհատ սրում են այդ տրամադրությունները, իսկ իշխող ուժն ամեն գնով կախված է իշխանությունից, ընդհուպ պատրաստ ամենաարմատական միջոցներով պահպանել այդ իշխանությունը՝ Հայաստանը վերածելով բռնապետության։

Թերևս հենց դա է պատճառը, որ օրվա ընդդիմադիրներին չհաջողվեց պատերազմից հետո հասնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնանկությանը։ Ի դեպ գործող իշխանության մեջ էլ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ հենց իշխանափոխությունն է երկիրը ոտքի հանելու շանսը, սակայն վախենում են սեփական անձի անվտանգության համար։ Այս պայմաններում կարևորագույն մի հարց է ծագում, թե ով պետք է այլընտրանք լինի ներկայիս իշխանության համար, որը կկարողանա երաշխիք տալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցներին անցնցում հեռանալու համար։ Իհարկե, գործող իշխանությունները պետք է քաղաքական և քրեաիրավական պատասխան տան պատերազմում իրենց գործողությունների համար, բայց այդ ամենը պետք է լինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի շրջանակներում, այլ ոչ թե վերածվեն հաշվեհարդարի։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը մի առիթով նշել է, որ ինքը չի գալիս իշխանություններին անձնապես քննադատելով և հայհոյելով, այլ գալիս է հանրության բոլոր շերտերին համախմբելու։

Ընդդիմության անգործության պայմաններում, երբ գործող իշխանություններն այնքան իրենց անպատիժ են զգում, որ մտածում են նույնիսկ արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել և նորից զավթել իշխանությունը, փոխարենը դուրս թողնելով ընդդիմությանը խորհրդարանից, հարկավոր է մի քաղաքական ուժ, որը կկարողանա համախմբել բոլորին, ներկայացնել իրական և ռեալ այլընտրանք, իրական և լուրջ տեսլական Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն անդունդից դուրս բերելու համար։
