Զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներում ծնվել է 56 երեխա

Վերարտադրողական առողջության ծրագիրը 2023 թվականին ընդլայնվել է. էականորեն մեծացել է պետության կողմից  ֆինանսավորումը, ինչի հաշվին  2023 թվականին ծրագիրն ունեցել է 5441 շահառու՝ 2022 թվականի 842-ի փոխարեն:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում  այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մոր և մանկան առողջության պահպանման վարչության պետ Նունե Փաշայանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ մինչև 2023 թվականն այս ծրագրից կարող էին օգտվել բնակչության որոշակի խմբեր, իսկ նախորդ տարվանից կարող են օգտվել բոլոր այն  կանայք, ովքեր ունեն առաջնային անպտղություն և տարիքային միջակայքը 20-ից  մինչև 36 տարեկան է:

Խոսելով  ծրագրի շահառուների թվի աննախադեպ աճից՝ Փաշայանը նշել է, որ 2023 թվականին նաև  արձանագրվել է 736 հղիություն․ երեխաները կծնվեն 2024 թվականին:

Անդրադառնալով զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների վերարտադրողական առողջության ծրագրին՝ վարչության պետն ասել է, որ այս մասով ծրագիրը շարունակում է գործել, այն որևիցե փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել:

«Զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները օգտվում են այս ծրագրից  2021 թվականից: Ծրագրի մեկնարկից ի վեր այս ընտանիքներում ընդհանուր ծնունդների թիվը կազմում է 56: 2021 թվականին զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներում ունեցել ենք երկու երեխայի ծնունդ, 2022-ին՝ 26, իսկ արդեն 2023-ին՝ 28»,-ասել է Նունե Փաշայանը:

Նա ընդգծել է,  որ ծրագիրն անընդհատ փոփոխությունների է ենթարկվել: Ըստ նրա՝ սկսել են շատ փոքր  մասշտաբով, բայց այժմ ունեն շահառուների բավականին մեծ խումբ: Վարչության պետը չի բացառել նաև, որ առաջիկայում ծրագիրը կարող կրկին բարելավվել և ընդլայնվել:

Անդրադառնալով ծրագրին դիմելու ընթացակարգին՝ Նունե Փաշայանն ասել է, որ այս գործընթացը քաղաքացու համար հնարավորինս պարզեցված է:

«Քաղաքացին ըստ իր ընտրության դիմում է ցանկում ընդգրկված կենտրոններից որևիցե մեկին, իսկ կենտրոնը փաստաթղթերը ընդունելուց և բուժօգնության տեսակը որոշելուց հետո դիմում է առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ արտամարմնային բեղմնավորման ծրագիրը հաստատելու համար»,-ասել է նա:
