Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք- Շահնազարյանը voskanapat.info կայքում հրապարակել է մի փաստաթուղթ, որը նոր բացահայտումներ է անում 2016թ. ապրիլի քառօրյա պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի կորուստների ու վիրավորների թվի առնչությամբ: Փաստաթուղթը Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Նաջմեդդին Սադիկովը հասցեագրել է պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովին դեռևս անցյալ տարվա ապրիլի 28-ին։

«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար գեներալ-գնդապետ Զ.Հասանովին Հարգելի պարոն նախարար. Զեկուցում եմ Ձեզ, որ 2016թ. ապրիլի 2-6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ԱՀ ԶՈւ անձնակազմի ընդհանուր կորուստները կազմել է 558 զոհված և 1293 վիրավոր զինծառայող: Վիրավոր զինծառայողներից 58-ը գտնվում են ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում: Զոհված 558 զինծառայողներից 52-ի անձը հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել: Զոհված զինծառայողներից 205-ը հանդիսանում են ՊՆ ՀՆ ուժերի զինծառայողներ: Նրանցից 98-ը զոհվել են Թալիշ- Աղդարա (Մարտակերտ), 32-ը` Ֆիզուլի-Ջեբրայիլ, իսկ 75-ը` կենտրոնական ուղղություններով իրականացված հարձակողական մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ: ԱՀ բնակչության շրջանում Զինված Ուժերի հանդեպ բացասական քննադատությունները, Բանակի անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական ոգու հետագա անկումը և անձնակազմի խուճապային տրամադրությունները վերացնելու նպատակով առաջարկում եմ. 1. ԱՀ ԶՈւ-ի զոհված զինծառայողների դիերի փոխանցումը չիրականացնել միաժամանակ (շաբաթական մոտ 60): 2. Զոհված զինծառայողների մի մասի հուղարկավորության արարողությունները ծնողների հետ համաձայնեցնելով իրականացնել գիշերային ժամերին` վերահսկողության ներքո:

Զոհվածների ընտանիքներին ՊՆ հիմնադրամից հատկացնել 5000 մանաթ: Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Զինված Ուժերի Գլխավոր Շտաբի Պետ Պաշտպանության Նախարարի Առաջին Տեղակալ գեներալ-գնդապետ Ն.Սադիկով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշված է փաստաթղթում: Մելիք-Շահնազարյանի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Նաջմեդդին Սադիկովի այս զեկուցագիրը, ադրբեջանական մամուլում և հատկապես սոցիալական ցանցերում մշտապես հանդիպող բազում գնահատականները, խոսում են այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանում իրենց քաղաքականության արդյունավետությունը ռեալ գնահատելու լուրջ խնդիր կա։ Միմյանց չխաբելու, հարգելու, սուտը պետական քաղաքականության մակարդակ չհասցնելու, փաստերին իրատեսական գնահատական տալու խնդիր կա։ Մի բան, որից այդքան հետևողականորեն խուսափել է Ալիևի վարչակազմը և որպես արդյունք ստացել պարտվողական տրամադրություններով հասարակություն։ Ժողովուրդ, որն արդեն պահանջում է իրենից ընդունել պարտությունը։ Եվ այդ պահանջն օր օրի ավելի լսելի է դառնում։
