«Կոտրած տաշտակի» առաջ՝ «խաղաղության խաչմերուկի» ձախողումով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» պլանը ձախողվել ու տապալվել է, ոչ միայն բարձրաձայնում են փորձագետները՝ հայաստանյան, թե արտերկրյա, այլև գործնականում խոստովանում է նաև ինքը՝ թիվ մեկ քպականը: Փաստն այն է, որ դա, ըստ էության, մեռելածին նախաձեռնություն էր՝ հանրության զգացմունքների վրա ազդելու գործիքով՝ «խաղաղություն» բառով: Հնարովի այդ «օրակարգը» «թելող» արևմտյան նախաձեռնությունը, առաքելությունը կամ միջնորդությունը, ինչպես կուզեք՝ անվանեք, ևս սպառված է, եթե չասենք՝ խոր փակուղու մեջ: Համենայն դեպս, Բաքվի հռետորաբանությունն ու պահվածքը արդեն բավականին վաղուց դրա մասին են վկայում. Ադրբեջանը ցուցադրաբար անտեսում է Արևմուտքի «խաղաղարար» նախաձեռնությունները, բրյուսելյան ձևաչափով շփումները և այլն:

Երևանից հնչող հայտարարություններն էլ, արդեն ոչ այնքան տողատակով, վկայում են նույնի մասին: Հավելենք և այն ակնհայտությունը, որ արևմտյան պետությունները, ձեն-ձենի տված, նշում են, որ չեն պատրաստվում (չեն կարող, ի վիճակի չեն) լինել իրենց իսկ միջնորդությամբ «մշակված» խաղաղության պայմանագրի երաշխավորը: Ավելին, հրապարակային հարթակներում երևի միայն փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները չեն տեսնում (ավելի ճիշտ՝ չտեսնելու են տալիս) այն ակնհայտ իրողությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է նոր լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիայի: Արտերկրյա, այդ թվում՝ արևմտյան ու ռուսական փորձագետներն էլ են խոսում այն մասին, որ նախաձեռնած վերընտրությունից կամ արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Իլհամ Ալիևը պատրաստվում է վերստին սրել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում: Իսկ իրավիճակն իսկապես շատ վատն է: Այստեղ արդեն արժե ընդգծել հաջորդ ու ամենաէական այն իրողությունը, որ դա հիմնականում տեղի է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա գլխավորած իշխանության արկածախնդրային բնույթի քաղաքական վայրիվերումների հետևանքով:

Ռուսաստանի ջանքերով կասեցված պատերազմին հաջորդած եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ գոնե առկա էին որոշ կետեր, որոնք Արցախի կարգավիճակը հետագայում որոշելու և դեռևս չկորսված մասը պահելու հնարավորություն էին թողնում: Բայց Փաշինյանը կտրուկ երես թեքեց Ռուսաստանից ու արդեն անթաքույց նետվեց դեպի Արևմուտք: Ու ի՞նչ ստացվեց Փաշինյանի հակառուսական, իբր՝ «ինքնիշխանական», արևմուտքասիրաշահ «խաղերից»: Իսկ ստացվեց ընդամենը այն, որ Փաշինյանը մի քիչ էլ երկարաձգեց իր կորստաբեր իշխանավարումը, Փաշինյանի «շնորհիվ» Հայաստանը եթե չկորցրեց, ապա էապես փչացրեց հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, Արևմուտքի օգնությամբ «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» չստացավ, այլ հակառակը, կտրուկ մեծացրեց նոր պատերազմի, ադրբեջանական նոր ագրեսիայի սպառնալիքը:
