Ռուսական կապիտալով ընկերությունները բարձր սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն և մարդկային համերաշխություն են ցուցաբերել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվածներին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու գործում: 
Այս մասին ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ին այս մասին ասել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը։

««Գազպրոմը», ՀԿԵ-ն, «Արմենալը», Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը. նրանք, իրոք, շատ բան են արել տեղահանվածներին օգնելու համար։ Դա նաև բնակարանի տրամադրման, ֆինանսական օգնության, աշխատանքի տեղավորման օժանդակությունն է։ Այսինքն, իսկապես, գործնականում դրսևորվել է այն ընդհանրությունը, այն համերաշխությունը, որ գոյություն ունի մեր երկրների և ժողովուրդների միջև, և դա շատ կարևոր է», - ասել է դեսպանը։
Նրա խոսքով, առաջին օրերից շատ մեծ ջանքեր են գործադրվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչներին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու գործում իրենց ներդրումն ունենալու համար:

Պետական մարմինների աջակցությամբ ընդհանուր առմամբ 40 տոննա մարդասիրական օգնություն է տրամադրվել, որն իր մեջ ներառում է անհրաժեշտ նյութեր, օբյեկտներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժական էլեկտրակայան` վերաբնակիչների կարիքների բավարարման հարցում անմիջական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար, հավելել է Կոպիրկինը։

Զգալի օգնություն է ցուցաբերվել նաև «Դոկտոր Լիզա» մարդասիրական հիմնադրամի, ռուսական մարդասիրական նախաձեռնության, ՌԴ մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարի աշխատակազմի գծով, ընդգծել է դեսպանն ու հավելել․
«Ռուսական արտասահմանյան հաստատությունները նախաձեռնել են տաք հագուստի, հիգիենայի պարագաների հավաքագրում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվածների, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ռուսական համայնքի համար։ Ընդ որում, դա վերևից եկած ինչ-որ բան չէր, դա հենց մարդկանց, հենց աշխատակիցների նախաձեռնությունն էր», - ասել է Կոպիրկինը։
