«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

tsargrad.tv–ն «Ի՞նչ սպասել Մոլդովայից, Հայաստանից ու Վրաստանից. սենատոր Կոսաչյովը 2024 թվականին Ռուսաստանի ու հարևանների հարաբերությունների մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովը կանխատեսել է Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունների զարգացումը հարևան պետությունների հետ 2024 թվականին։ 2023 թվականի արդյունքներով, որը նշանավորվեց Ռուսաստանի և հավաքական Արևմուտքի միջև շարունակվող առճակատմամբ, կարևոր միտումներ ի հայտ եկան Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում այնպիսի հետխորհրդային պետությունների հետ, ինչպես Մոլդովան, Վրաստանը և Հայաստանը։ Արևմտամետ նախագահ Մայա Սանդուի իշխանության գալուց հետո Մոլդովայի քաղաքական էլիտան գործնականում չի թաքցնում իր հակառուսական տրամադրությունները։

Այսպես, վերջերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ ուկրաինական ավիաընկերությունները կենտրոն են ստեղծել Քիշնևի օդանավակայանում և թռիչքներ են իրականացնում, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական բեռներով, մինչդեռ «Նեզալեժնայայի» երկինքը փակ է թռիչքների համար։ Վրաստանը շարունակում է զարգացման արևմտյան վեկտորը և ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու ձգտումը, սակայն այդ երկրի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների նախկին սրությունը վերջին շրջանում անկում է ապրում։ Հայաստանի իշխանական վերնախավը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, արագ տեմպերով տանում են իրենց պետությունը դեպի աղետ։ Դա հատկապես ակնհայտ դարձավ Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունում կրած պարտությունից և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վիրտուալ կործանումից հետո։ Սենատորի խոսքով, երկար տարիներ Ռուսաստանի համար երկրորդական նշանակություն է ունեցել արտաքին քաղաքականության «հետխորհրդային» ուղղությունը։ Դա սխալ որոշում էր, և այժմ պետք է գործ ունենալ ԱՊՀ երկրներում ռուսաֆոբիայի աճի և դեպի հավաքական Արևմուտք նրանց կողմնորոշման հետ։

Կոսաչովը Հայաստանի առումով նշել է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների բացասական դինամիկան. «Ամեն ինչ տեսանելի է անզեն աչքով։ Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը երկիրը հնարավորինս հեռու է տանում Ռուսաստանից... Այն հույսերը, որ Հայաստանին կաջակցեն իր նոր արևմտյան ընկերները, ինձ շատ պատրանքային են թվում»: Այդ ամենի ֆոնին Վրաստանի ղեկավարության լիովին հավասարակշռված քաղաքականությունը, որը հիմնված է սեփական ազգային շահերի վրա, Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովի համար զսպված լավատեսության տեղիք է տալիս. «Մենք գտնվում ենք մեր հարաբերություններում լարվածության սառեցված փուլում, չկան դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ, բայց դե ֆակտո համագործակցությունը շարունակվում է: Վրաստանում առօրյա մակարդակում ռուսաֆոբ վերաբերմունքը դեռ շատ ավելի քիչ է տարածված, քան Ուկրաինայում կամ Բալթյան երկրներում»։
