Թիկնապահված, թե… ահին թիկնած. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շատերն են նկատել, որ Փաշինյանին այսուայնկողմ տեղափոխող ավտոշարասյան անցնելու համար «ճանապարհ է բացվում» առանձնահատուկ «հոգածությամբ», անվտանգության աննախադեպ միջոցառումներով: Աչքի են զարնում տեղափոխվողի կամ փոխադրվողի՝ պահպանության աշխատակիցների համար «թիվ 1» ուղևորի վախերը, եթե կուզեք՝ ահերը: Այդ վախերի արտացոլանքն են ոստիկանական պատնեշները, որ հաճախ կազմվում են հարյուրավոր համազգեստավորներից ու մի քանի տասնյակ էլ «քաղաքացիական համազգեստով» անվտանգության պահապաններից բոլոր այն վայրերի մերձակայքում, որտեղ տվյալ պահին գտնվում է «թիվ 1» ուղևորը: Դեռ չենք խոսում նույնիսկ փոքրիկ մի հանրահավաքի կամ ակցիայի մասին, որի պարագայում վերջինիս նստավայրը պարզապես ոստիկանապատվում է:

Համաձայնեք, որ դա կյանք չէ՝ ահին թիկնած: «Ժողվարչապետը»՝ ժողովրդից վախեցած: Բայց ահա թե էլ ի՛նչն է հետաքրքիր հարյուրավոր ոստիկաններից, ճաղավանդակներից ու նմանօրինակ այլ դրսևորումներից բացի, իսկ միգուցե՝ դրանցից բազմապատիկ առավել: Շատերդ նկատած կլինեք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ամենուր ուղեկցում են մեծ թվով թիկնապահներ: Դե, «պահպանվող պաշտոնյա» է, այդպես էլ պիտի լինի, այստեղ, կարծես, արտառոց բան չկա, բացի ուղեկցող թիկնապահների մեծաքանակից: Հա, այստեղ էլ պիտի Փաշինյանի սիրելի աննախադեպ բառն օգտագործենք: Բայց «աղն» այն է, որ Փաշինյանը թիկնապահված է շրջում նաև այն դեպքերում ու այն վայրերում, երբ շուրջբոլորը... յուրայիններն են: Մեր ընթերցողների շարքերում, վստահ ենք, չկան անհույս միամիտներ, որոնք կարծեն, թե մարզային այցերի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պատահական մարդիկ են մոտենում կամ մոտեցողներին նրա «թիկնազորը» նախապես չի ստուգում, ուզում է դա տարեց տատիկ լինի, թե, օրինակ՝ տուփով հեռախոս ստացած երեխա: Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի անձը ուսումնասիրվում է օրեր շարունակ, ամենայն բծախնդրությամբ:

Առավել ևս հասկանալի է, որ դպրոցները, առհասարակ շենք-շինությունները, տարածքները, որտեղ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պիտի այցելի, նախապես ստուգվում են անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կողմից, «սանրվում» են քառակուսի սանտիմետր առ քառակուսի սանտիմետր: Բայց, ահա, այդպես մանրակրկտագույնս ստուգված, կարելի է ասել՝ ստերիլ տարածքում, միևնույնն է, Փաշինյանին էլի թիկնապահներ են ուղեկցում: Շուրջբոլորը միայն յուրայիններն են, իր նախարարը, իր պաշտոնյաները, իր պատգամավորները, իր համար «բերված» տեղական ՔՊ ակտիվը ներկայացնող մարզային չինովնիկները: Ինչի՞ց կամ ումի՞ց են նրան պաշտպանում-պահպանում թիկնապահները կամ թիկնազորը այդ փակ տարածքներում: Այսինքն, ի՞նչ է, նա յուրայիններից էլ է զգուշանո՞ւմ: Թե՞ նա պարզապես չունի յուրայիններ, չի վստահում ոչ մեկին և ամեն մեկից ինչ-որ տհաճ անակնկալ է սպասում: Հնարավոր է՝ երկուսն էլ:
