Կուրսի տղեքին դոդիկ էին ասել. Վարդանանց փողոցում ուսանողի սպանության գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Երևանի կենտրոնում 18-ամյա Վ.Մուրադյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատության առաջին կուրսի ուսանողի:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը, 18-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության մասին ահազանգն ստացվել է 2017թ. հունվարի 11-ին։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, «Շտապօգնություն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 28 շենքի բակում գտնվող տաղավարի սեղանին հայտնաբերվել է Վահե Մուրադյանի (ծնված՝1998 թվականի դեկտեմբերին) դին՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքով, իսկ մեկ այլ երիտասարդ՝ Ռաֆֆի Մարտիրոսյանը (ծնված՝ 1999 թ. մարտին), «ձախ սրունքի առաջնային մակերեսի ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, նույն հասցեից տեղափոխվել է «թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց»:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, և ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները, բավարար փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել, որ երիտասարդը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է նույն շենքի բակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, պարզվել շարժառիթը, մասնակիցների շրջանակը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատության ուսանողներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

Այսպիսով՝ նախաքննության տվյալներով՝ ուսանողների միջև վիճաբանությունն առաջացել է «դոդիկ» արտահայտության պատճառով, որի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ տալու համար, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, կողմերը հանդիպել են Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 28 շենքի բակում։ Վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ընթացքում էլ 21-ամյա երիտասարդը իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածել է Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանին և Վ.Մուրադյանին, որի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից վերջինս մահացել է, իսկ նրա համակուրսեցին՝ Ռ.Մարտիրոսյանը, ստացել միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատության առաջին կուրսի ուսանող, 21-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 113-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
