Ձյուն է,  քայլում եմ, մամ, մեկ է՝ հասնելու եմ․․․

Շատ են գրում, խոսում, որ անգամ ամենածանր ողբերգությունն  մի քանի օր հետո մոռանում ենք։ Ճշմարտություն կա, բայց անտեսվում է մի կարևոր հանգամանք՝ վերջին տարիներին ցավը մոռացվում է նոր ցավով։ Ասես մի աներևույթ ձեռք կա, որ հայ ժողովրդի ցավը ցավով է հանում։ Ինչևէ, հիշեցնեմ  ձնահյուսի տակ մնացած երիտասարդի՝ Բենիամին Մանուչարյանի  մասին։ Մյուս քննությունների ընթացքը տեսնելով, չեմ բացառում, որ զինվորի մահվան մեջ էլ իրական մեղավորները դուրս կսպրդվեն։  

Մեղավոր է եղանակը, եղանակային պայմանները, մեղավոր է զինվորը , որ այդ բուքին ճանապարհ է ընկել, որ տուն գնա, հասնի ծնողներին մեղավոր է ձյունը, մեղավոր են ծնողները, որ զորացրվելու օրը խնջույք են կազմակերպել ու սպասել իրենց որդուն, մեղավոր են բոլորը, բայց ոչ հրամանատարական կազմը, ոչ այն պատասխանատուները, որոնց «պահ է տրվել երեխան, զինվորը»։

Պաշտպանության նախարարը հայտարարում է, որ վարկած կա, որ եղել է արտաքին ճնշում։ Նախարարը գոնե պատկերացնում է, որ եթե նույնիսկ իր վարկածը ճիշտ լինի, դա խայտառակություն է հրամանատարության համար։ «Արտաքին աննշան ճնշումներին»  չդիմակայող հրամանատարությունն ինչպե՞ս կարող է դիմակայել արտաքին մարտահրավերներին։ Գուցե դրանով է բացատրվում  մեր երկրի  պարտության պատճառը։ Սա ընդամենն իր հայտարարությունից արվող եզրահանգում է։ Ասենք թե եղել է արտաքին ճնշում, ասենք թե ճշմարտություն է, որ  20- ամյա զինվորը գնացել է ընկերներին հրաժեշտ տալու, բա ղեկավարությունն ու՞ր էր։ Այսինքն յուրաքանյուր զինվոր ինքնագլուխ կարող է անել այն, ինչ խելքին փչի՞։ Մայրն առավոտյան ժամը 11։ 30 զրուցել է տղայի հետ։ Հարցրել է ՝ այդ ի՞նչ ձայներ են, տղան ասել է՝ «Բա՝ ձյուն է, քայլում եմ, մամ, հեչ չմտածես, մեկ է՝ հասնելու եմ»։

Պապիկյանը ցուցում է տալիս․ «Հորդորում եմ մեր քաղաքացիներին, բոլոր զինծառայողների հարազատներին՝ բոլոր դեպքերում զերծ մնալ զինված ուժերի սպաների նկատմամբ անհարկի պահանջներից և ստիպել կատարել արարքներ, որոնք նրանք իրավունք չունեն անել»։ Զինվորը մնացել է ձյունահյուսի տալ ու մահացել։ Առաջինը, որ ոչ մի հետաքննություն չի պահանջում, այն է, որ չի ապահովվել զինվորի անվտանգությունը։ Բանակում ոչ մարտական պայմաններում մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում  երեք զինվորի մահ է գրանցվել։ Ո՞վ է մեղավոր՝ զինվո՞րը, արտաքին ճնշու՞մը, ծնո՞ղը թե բարձիթողի վիճակը։ 15 զինվոր մոխրացան, ո՞վ էր մեղավոր։ Բոլոր մեղավորներից առաջ պիտի արձանագրել, որ կազմը իր տեղում չէ։ Որ վերադաս կազմը կարգուկանոնը խստացնելու, հրամանատարական կազմին «մտրակելու փոխարեն» , հորդորում է, որ սպաներին բան չասեն։ Իրեն բան  չեն ասում, ինքն էլ իր սպայական կազմին բան  չի ասում։ Երբ երկրի անվտանգությունը խարխլված է, անվտանգություն պահանջել  զինվորի կյանքի համար, անհեթեթություն է։ 

«Ձյուն է, քայլում եմ, մեկ է՝ հասնելու եմ․․․»,- տղայի այս խոսքերը ամեն ձյան հետ ծնողները հիշելու ու սպասելու են․․․ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՊՆ-ն հաղորդել է, որ Հունվարի 13-ին եղանակային խիստ անբարենպաստ պայմաններում մարտական դիրքից մշտական տեղակայման վայր տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին կորել է կապը ՊՆ զինծառայող Բենիամին Մանուչարյանի հետ։
