Ամուլսարը սար չի մնա. Փաշինյանը «փայ» է մտնում

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչ միայն թույլ են տվել «Լիդիան Արմենիան» ընկերությանը շահագործել Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքավայրը, այլ նաև սովորության համաձայն «փայ» են մտել հանքավայրին։ Կառավարության նիստում երեկ հայտարարվեց, որ «Լիդիան Արմենիան» բաժնետոմսերի 12,5 փոխանցում է Կառավարությանը, իսկ ընկերությունն առնվազն 250 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ է իրականացնելու։

Դեռևս անցած տարվա փետրվարին «Լիդիան Արմենիան», Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը համատեղ հուշագիր ստորագրեցին՝ համաձայնելով հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկել Ամուլսարի ծրագրի վերսկսման իրականացման ուղղությամբ։

Ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա կողմնակիցները պարբերաբար հանդես էին գալիս Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման դեմ, իսկ իշխանության այն ժամանակ առանցքային ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը, որն այսօր Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր է՝ Լենա Նազարյանը, Ամուլսարի դեմ պայքարում շարքային ակտիվիստ չէր, այլ ամենաակտիվ կերպարներից մեկը, սակայն արդեն իշխանափոխությունից հետո իշխանության տրամադրվածությունն ամբողջությամբ փոխվեց։ Փաշինյանի օրոք բախումներ տեղի ունեցան Ամուլսարի պահապանների և ոստիկանության միջև, Լենա Նազարյաններն էլ ընդհանրապես լռեցին, իսկ իշխանությունը պարբերաբար հայտարարում էր, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից մտադիր է շահագործել Ամուլսարը։

Կառավարությունն այս կերպ իր վերահսկողությունն է սահմանում, ինչն ի դեպ միանշանակ դրական է, սակայն Ամուլսարի հետ կապված իրավիճակը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր կողմնակիցները բացարձակ ոչ մի սկզբունք չունեն և, գալով իշխանության, անմիջապես փոխում են սեփական կարծիքը ցանկացած հարցում։
