Հայ հանրությունը վերջին պահին է իմանում կատարվածի մասին

Այս ամսվա վերջին արդեն տեղի է ունենալու սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հանձնաժողովների հաջորդ հանդիպումը, ընդ որում հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի հայտնած տեղեկությունները հանձնաժողովների օրակարգի վերաբերյալ տրամագծորեն հակասում են միմյանց։

Օրեր առաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, թե հանձնաժողովների հաջորդ հանդիպումը նախատեսված է այս ամիս և օրակարգում մեկ՝ Ղազախ-Թովուս սահմանազատման հարցն է։

Հանձնաժողովների վերջին հանդիպումը նոյեմբերի 30-ին կայացել էր Երևանի և Ղազախի հատվածում, փոխվարչապետներ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և Շահեն Մուստաֆաևի գլխավորությամբ։

Ադրբեջանն այսօր էլ շարունակում է այսպես կոչված անկլավների հարցն առաջ մղել, իսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հնարավորինս թաքցնում են տեղեկությունները։ Երեկ էլ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հաստատել է հունվարի վերջին հանդիպման փաստը, նշել, թե կոնկրետ օրը, ժամը և վայրը պետք է լրացուցիչ համաձայնեցվի։ Գրիգորյանը նաև ոչինչ չի նշել օրակարգի վերաբերյալ, հայտարարել է, թե նախնական պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն հանդիպանը քննարկվելու է հանձնաժողովների համատեղ գործունեության մասին կանոնակարգի նախագիծը, որում պետք է հստակ սահմանվեն համատեղ աշխատանքներում օգտագործվելիք իրավական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթերի և իրավական ակտերի տեսակները և տիպերը, նույնականացվում են ԽՍՀՄ ժամանակաշրջանի վերջին տոպոգրաֆիկ քարտեզները, որոնք պատշաճ իրավական հիմքերով կազմվել ու տպագրվել են իրավասու մարմինների կողմից և այլն նմանատիպ հարցեր։

Ըստ էության, Ղազախ-Թովուս սահմանազատման հարցի մասին փոխվարչապետը ոչինչ չի նշել։ Ի վերջո արդեն ձևավորված ավանդույթի համաձայն հայ հանրությունն ամենավերջում, այն էլ ադրբեջանական աղբյուրներից է տեղեկանալու, թե իր գլխին ինչ հերթական «օյինն» են բերել, իսկ Հայաստանի «հեղափոխական» իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ընդդեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։
