Փաշինյանը մի քանի օրյա լռությունից հետո վերջապես որոշել է պատասխանել Ալիևին

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մի քանի օրյա լռությունից հետո վերջապես որոշել է պատասխանել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին և այլ պաշտոնյաների, հայտարարել, թե վերջին օրերին Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարությունները համարում է լրջագույն հարված խաղաղության գործընթացին։

Այն, որ Բաքուն զգալի ավելացրել է իր ախորժակը Հայաստանի իշխանությունների թուլակամության և տկարամտության հետևանքով, որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չի հարուցում։

Փաշինյանն այժմ ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ լրջագույն խնդիրներ է առաջացրել թե՛ Հայաստանի և թե՛ հենց իր համար՝ Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ առաջ մղելով որևէ կերպ չի բարելավել Հայաստանի դիրքերը, ընդհակառակն ավելի լուրջ վնաս է հասցրել։ Այժմ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին անդրադարձել է թե՛ անկլավներին և թե՛ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին, մասնավորապես հայտարարել, թե Ադրբեջանի կողմից չորս անկլավների հարցերի բարձրացմանը զուգահեռ, Հայաստանն էլ 32 գյուղերի հարցն է բարձրացնում։ Թե որոնք են այդ գյուղերը, Փաշինյանն իհարկե չի նշել։

Հայտարարել է նաև, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ Զանգեզուրի միջանցք տալու որևէ պարտավորվածություն չունի։ Զանգեզուր բառն իհարկե, եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ գրված չէ, սակայն Փաշինյանն իր ձեռքով է ստորագրել հաղորդակցությունները բացելու պարտավորությունը՝ ընդ որում վերահսկողությունը հանձնելով Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայությանը։ Այժմ հայկական կողմը կտրականապես հրաժարվում է միջանցքային տրամաբանությունից, ինչն իհարկե, ամենևին էլ չի բարձրացնում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հնարավորությունները։ Հայաստանին վաղուց այլևս վերաբերվում են ոչ թե սուբյեկտի, այլ օբյեկտի և հարաբերություններն էլ կառուցում են հենց այդ տրամաբանությամբ։

Գործող իշխանությունների պարագլուխն ընդամենը նպատակ ունի հերթական անգամ մեղքն իր վրայից մի կողմ նետելու և կրկին քավության նոխազներ փնտրելու՝ Հայաստանի դեմ իր դավադիր քաղաքականության պատասխանատվությունից հրաժարվելու նպատակով։
