Ողջ աշխարհը պարտվել է Չինաստանին սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակների շուկայում

Ողջ աշխարհը պարտվել է Չինաստանին սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակների շուկայում։ Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության տվյալներով՝ չինական ընկերություները համաշխարհային շղթայում վերահսկում են սիլիկոնային վահանակների ավելի քան 80 %-ը, իսկ արդեն կիսաբյուեղային սիլիկոնի թողարկման ոլորտը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ գտնվում է չինական ընկերությունների վերահսկողության տակ։

Նման իրավիճակում Միացյալ Նահանգները, Ճապոնիան և այլ երկրներ փորձում են իրավիճակը բեկել գիտական նորարարությունների արդյունքում, մասնավորապես, ըստ Չինաստանի բնական ռեսուրսների և էներգետիկայի գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրեն Հիրո Ինոեի կարծիքով՝ իրավիճակը հնարավոր կլինի բեկել պեռովսկիտային արևային վահանակների միջոցով։ «Մենք հաղթել ենք տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում, բայց պարտվել բիզնեսում»,- հայտարարել է ճապոնական գործակալության տնօրենը՝ նշելով, որ ճապոնական ընկերությունները կարող են սնանկանալ, եթե չհասցնեն չինական բիզնեսի հետևից։

Բարակ և ճկուն պեռովսկիտային արևային վահանակների զանգվածային արտադրությունն ըստ մասնագետների, կարող է դառնալ այն լծակը, որը կմրցակցի Չինաստանի գերիշխանության դեմ։ Ճապոնիայում վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում զգալի միջոցներ են ներդրվել այս նորարարության ոլորտում։ Մինչ օրս ծախսվել է արդեն 400 միլիոն դոլար և իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, թե չեն սահմանափակվելու։ ԱՄՆ-ում ևս ահռելի բյուջետային միջոցներ են տրամադրվել պեռովսկիտային ֆոտոտարրերի մշակման նպատակով։

Պեռովսկիտային վահանակները սկսել են արտադրվել գրեթե 10 տարի առաջ, սակայն այժմ մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ են սկսել արտադրվել։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ սովորական սիլիկոնային արևային տարրերն ունեն 22 %-ից ոչ բարձր ՕԳԳ։ Պեռովսկիտային տարրերը, որը պատրաստում են զանգվածային արտադրության, կարող են սկսել 25 % ՕԳԳ-ով, ընդ որում, եթե սովորական վահանակների ՕԳԳ-ն բարձրացնելը չափազանց բարդ է լինելու, ապա պեռովսկիտն ունի մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ օգտակար գործողության գործակից ապահովելու և կարող է դառնալ լուրջ խթան արևային էներգիայի զարգացման համար։

Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
