Տոտալ անվստահություն ԱԱԾ-ի նկատմամբ

Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը տոտալ անվստահություն ունի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նկատմամբ։ Այլ, տրամաբանական բացատրություն չկա այն ամենին, ինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան իրականացնում է այդ կառույցի դեմ։

Երեկ կեսօրին տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը պաշտոնանկ է արել ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, 2020 թ.-ից պաշտոնավարող Արմեն Աբազյանին։ Չէին հասցրել մարդիկ զարմանալ ազատման փաստից, երբ հաշված րոպեներ անց Աբազյանը վերանշանակվեց նույն պաշտոնում, արդեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով։ Տեխնիկական այս փոփոխության պատճառը տարեվերջին «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների մասին» օրենքում արված փոփոխությունն էր, ըստ որի ԱԱԾ պետի և նրա տեղակալների պաշտոններն այլևս զինվորական չեն համարվում, իսկ նշանակումներն իրականացնում է ոչ թե նախագահը՝ վարչապետի առաջարկությամբ, այլ հենց վարչապետը, որը ցանկացած պահի, օրվա յուրաքանչյուր ժամի կարող է ազատել կամ նշանակել ԱԱԾ ղեկավար կազմին։

Ավելի վաղ Փաշինյանը նաև թուլացրել էր ԱԱԾ-ն՝ առանձնացնելով արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունը, պետական պահպանության ծառայությունը, իսկ այժմ ԱԱԾ-ն ամբողջությամբ ենթարկեցնում է իր քմահաճույքին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԱԱԾ-ի հարաբերությունները 2018-ից էլ առանձնապես ջերմ չեն եղել։ ԱԱԾ-ում բազմաթիվ պատվարժան և հայրենասեր սպաներ կան, որոնք չեն կարող հանդուրժել գործող վարչախմբի դավաճանական վարքը, Փաշինյանն էլ չի ցանկանում անվերահսկելի թողնել ՀՀ ամենաառանցքային կառույցներից մեկը։ Թե ո՞վ կհաղթի այս «մրցապայքարում», վաղ է խոսել, համենայն դեպս, Փաշինյանն անշեղորեն իրականացնում է իր մտահղացումները։
