Ի՞նչ է կատարվում բենզինի շուկայում

Հայաստանում բենզինի և այլ վառելիքի գների գոյացումը ոչ թե օբյեկտիվ իրողությունների հետևանք է, այլ, ըստ մասնագետների, պարզ, հանցավոր համաձայնության։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանում բենզինը 2023 դեկտեմբերին, նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա համեմատ թանկացել է 24,3 %-ով, նույն ժամանակահատվածում դիզելային վառելիքը թանկացել է ընդամենը 0,2 %-ով։

2023–ի դեկտեմբերին, նոյեմբերի համեմատ, հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է բենզինի և դիզելային վառելիքի համապատասխանաբար 0,5 և 0,9 % գնանկում։ 2022 թվականի վերջին, ավելի ճիշտ մինչև 2023 թվականի կեսերը, Հայաստանում բենզինը բավականին ցածր գնով էր վաճառվում, քան այսօր, գրեթե 340-350 դրամով։ Այսօր ռեգուլյար տեսակի բենզինի 1 լիտրը լցակայաններում վաճառվում է 520 դրամով, պրեմիում տեսակինը՝ 560-570 դրամով, ընդ որում ամիսներ շարունակ մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը փորձում էր համոզել, թե բենզինի շուկայում գների աճն օբյեկտիվ է։ Թեև տարբեր մասնագետներ արձանագրում էին, որ բենզինի գների աճ տեղի է ունեցել «Shell» ընկերության մուտքի հետ, իսկ բենզինի միջազգային գներն ամենևին էլ չեն թանկացել այնպես, որ լրջորեն ազդեն հայաստանյան գների վրա, գործող իշխանությունները որևէ քայլ չեն ձեռնարկել բենզինի գների ուղղությամբ։

Ընդամենը ՄՊՀ-ն 4 ընկերությունների նկատմամբ գերիշխող դիրքի առերևույթ չարաշահման հիմքով վարույթներ է հարուցել։ Ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացրել և արձանագրել բենզինի ձեռքբերման և իրացման գների առերևույթ անհամարժեք փոփոխություններ։

Ի դեպ 4 ընկերությունների թվում չկա «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության մեծահարուստ պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանին պատկանող ընկերությունը։ Առաջիկայում, ըստ մասնագետների, բենզինի գների որոշակի անկում է սպասվում, բայց ոչ այնպես, ինչպես 2022-ի վերջին։
