«Յաբախտի» կառավարում

Բազմաթիվ անգամ ՀԱՊԿ-ի առումով մերժելով մասնակցության հրավերները՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը տարեվերջին ընդունեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցելու հրավերը։ Ինչը խիստ բնական է՝ ինքը գիտակցում է, որ եթե ԵԱՏՄ և ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում նույն դիրքորոշումն ունենա՝ ինչ ՀԱՊԿ-ի առումով, ապա երկրի տնտեսությունը կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ուղղակի կփլուզվի: Որովհետև, նախ, հանքարդյունաբերությունը հանած՝ մնացած համարյա ողջ արդյունաբերության շուկան եվրասիական տարածաշրջանն է: Եվ հատկապեսՌուսաստանի Դաշնությունը: Երկրորդ, ՌԴ-ում աշխատող մեր հայրենակիցներն ՀՀ-ում բնակվող իրենց հարազատներին հսկայական միջոցներ են ուղարկում: Իսկ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի ընթացքում էլ ՌԴ ուղղված վերարտահանության շնորհիվ հավելյալ եկամուտներ են ապահովվել պետական բյուջե: Ինչևէ,  Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում անցկացվել էր նաև ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպումը, որը ՌԴ նախագահն ավանդաբար անցկացնում է Ամանորից առաջ: Այնտեղ Նիկոլն առանձին զրույցներ է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հետ: 

Այսպիսով, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Փաշինյան Նիկոլը որոշել է, մի կողմից, անվտանգային հարցերով ապավինել Արևմուտքին, իսկ, մյուս կողմից, պահպանել գործող տնտեսական կապերը: Դա երկու մոր կաթով սնվելու՝ խելոք գառան վերաբերյալ հայկական ասացվածքի ոգով է: Եվ ինչպես ցույց տվեցին սանկտպետերբուրգյան հանդիպումները, դա կարծես թե հաջողվում է նրան: Իհարկե, պատճառն այն է, որ ՌԴ-ն չի ցանկանում կորցնել Հայաստանը: Իսկ Նիկոլին թվում է, թե դա իր շնորհքն է: Հատկապես որ ինքը վարչապետի պաշտոնին էր հասել «Սխալվելու վճռականությունը՝ ճշմարիտ ճանապարհ» մտայնությամբ: Եվ արտաքնապես ստացվում է, որ իրեն հաջողվում է դա կիրառել նաև արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերում: Բայց պետք չէ լինել Զբիգնև Բժեսինսկու (1927-2017) մակարդակի քաղաքագետ, որպեսզի հասկանաս, որ քաղաքականության մեջ հնարավոր չէ երկարատև ժամանակահատվածում սնվել երկու մոր կաթով: Եվ հատկապես այն ժամանակ, երբ դրանց միջև առկա է լուրջ առճակատում: 

Այստեղ է, որ բախվում ենք նիկոլական կառավարման հիմնական սկզբունքին, որն արտահայտվում է ռուսական «авось» բառով. հայերենում ամենամոտը «յաբախտ(ի)» բառն է: Չխառնենք կառավարման հիմնական նպատակի հետ՝ այն ենթադրում էր, նախ, ձերբազատում «արցախյան բեռից»,  երկրորդ, Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից հեռացնելուն և երրորդ՝ Արևմուտքի գիրկը նետվելուն: Իսկ «յաբախտ(ի)»-ն էլ այդ նպատակները կյանքի կոչելու գործողությունների տրամաբանությունն է: Ինչը նշանակում է, որ կախվից իրավիճակից՝ Նիկոլը կաներ ինչ-որ քայլ կամ դրան լրիվ հակառակ մեկ ուրիշըլ: Սակայն միշտ պետք է մնար իր պաշտոնին, որպեսզի ավարտին հասցնի սատանայական իր «առաքելությունը»: Ու, որքան էլ զարմանալի հնչի, դա նրան դեռևս հաջողվում է: Համենայն դեպս, առաջին նպատակն արդեն կյանքի է կոչվել և հերթը հասել է երկրորդին, որպեսզի արդեն մեխանիկորեն ի կատար ածվի երրորդը: Բայց իր «չար» բախտից դա հասկանում են նաև ուրիշները և հատկապես Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությունը: Եվ որքան էլ Նիկոլը փորձում է հունից հանել ՌԴ նախագահին, դա նրան չի հաջողվում:  

Կարծում եմ, որ նրա համար ոչ գեղեցիկ մի օր ինքը ստիպված է լինելու փոշմանել քաղաքական խաղեր տալու առումով: Կարծում եմ, որ դա շատ չի ուշանալու, և նրան երկար ժամանակ կտրվի խորհելու ճակատագրի հետ խաղեր տալու վտանգավորության մասին:
