Անսկզբունքայնություն՝ լեվել Փաշինյան

2018 թվականին գալով իշխանության՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խախտել է իր իսկ տված  բոլոր խոստումները, սակայն շարունակում է նույն ոգով խաբել այն հանրությանը, որի ձայների շնորհիվ էլ զավթել էր վարչապետի պաշտոնը։

Դեռևս այսպես կոչված հեղափոխության օրերին Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, թե քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ, իսկ դրանից հետո բազմաթիվ նոր տուգանքներ են մտցվել, ավելի խստացվել օրենսդրական դաշտը, հանրությունն էլ շատ ավելի կոշտ տուգանքներ է վճարում, քան նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք։ Քաղաքացին, որը, ըստ Փաշինյանի, տուգանքի մատերիալ չէր, այժմ էլ կրկին պնդում է, թե տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ։

Երեկ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը պարզապես ծաղրել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին՝ կրկին պնդելով իր այլևս մի քանի անգամ վարկաբեկված հայտարարությունը։ Խոսելով ճանապարհային տուգանքների մասին՝ Փաշինյանը մի քանի առաջարկներ է արել, իբր 50 % տունգանքը 15 օրում վճարելու դեպքում, քաղաքացին կազատվի մյուս մասը վճարելու պարտավորությունից։ «Եղած քաղաքականությունը խրախուսում էր քաղաքացուն, որ եթե դու հնարավորություն ունես, գրպանդ ներում է, ինչքան ուզում ես խախտում արա, ինչ ուզում ես արա, վճարիր, գնա քո ճանապարհով։ Պետությունն ասում էր խախտում արա, պետությանը եկամուտ բեր, դրա համար էինք ասում քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ, հիմա մարդը չի կարող էդպես անել, որովհետև այդ տուգանքի բալերը կկուտակվեն, ինքը կզրկվի մեքենա վարելու հնարավորությունից, իսկ եթե զրկված վիճակում վարի մեքենան, դրա համար քրեական պատասխանատվություն է նախատեսված։ Արձանագրում ենք, որ քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ, նրա խախտումը չենք խրախուսում, բայց եթե շարունակում է խախտում անել, մենք իրեն ասում ենք, որ Հայաստանի ճանապարհներով ավտոմեքենա չպետք է վարես»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Հերթական անգամ ծաղրելով իր իսկ ընտրազանգվածին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փաստում է, որ որևէ սկզբունքային մոտեցում չունի որևէ առանցքային հարցի վերաբերյալ։
