Վեկտորը չեն փոխում. Միրզոյանի լղոզված պատասխանը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ այցից հետո Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների ուղեղին վերջապես հասել է, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտոր փոխելն իրենց խելքի բանը չէ։ Երևանում երեկ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում արտգործնախարար Սրարատ Միրզոյանին հարցրել են, թե ինչպես կմեկնաբանի, որ վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը գնում է դեպի եվրոինտեգրացում, սակայն վարչապետի Ռուսաստան այցից հետո տպավորություն է, թե գնում են դեպի Մոսկվա։

Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե նման մեկնաբանությունը չափազանց պարզունակ է։ «Հայաստանը որևէ վեկտորալ փոփոխություն չի իրականացնում։ Երբեք էլ չենք թաքցրել, որ եղել են մի շարք խնդիրներ, որոնց մասին մենք բարձրաձայնել ենք, այդ խնդիրները վերաբերում են առաջին հերթին երկկողմ ռուսական, նաև ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ունեցած ակնկալիքներին և այդ ակնկալիքների արդարացմանը, կամ չարդարացմանը։ Այս խնդիրները եղել են, այս խնդիրները մենք տեսել ենք և այն դեպքերում, երբ մենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմաններն են խախտվել և ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքներ են հայտնվել օկուպացիայի տակ և այն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղապահների գործունեության, կամ անգործության դեպքերում և բազմաթիվ այլ, այդ թվում որոշակի տնտեսական հարցերում»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Վարչապետի ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու որոշմանը, Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասով չունեն նույնպիսի ակնկալիքների չկատարում, ինչպիսին ունեին ՀԱՊԿ-ի պարագայում։ Թեև արտգործնախարարը փորձել է դիվանագիտական լեզվով խուսանավել, սակայն արդեն իսկ նրա խոսքից հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին կտրուկ նախազգուշացրել են արտաքին քաղաքականությունը փոխելու վտանգների մասին։ Համենայնդեպս, վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի թե՛ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և թե՛ մյուս պաշտոնյանների հռետորաբանությունը Ռուսաստանի մասով չափազանց փոխվել և մեղմացել է։ Ըստ երևույթին պաշտոնական Երևանը սկսել է գիտակցել, որ Արևմուտքի աջակցությունը հայտարարություններից այն կողմ չի անցնելու, իսկ գետնի վրա պրակտիկայում լրջագույն խնդիրներ են ծագելու, եթե շարունակեն նման կերպով հակառուսական դիրքորոշումներ արտահայտել։
