Արևմուտքն իր մտահոգությունը հայտնում է նուրբ ձևակերպումներով

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնել էր Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ մասնակցելու ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովին և ԱՊՀ ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը, Արևմուտքից դժգոհության ձայներ են լսվում, ընդ որում՝ ոչ բացահայտ։

Հարավային Կովկասում և կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինան է հարցազրույց տվել Վրաստանի «Առաջին ալիքին», անդրադարձել նաև ՆԱՏՕ-Հայաստան և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններին։ «Մենք շատ լավատեսորեն ենք վերաբերվում վարչապետ Փաշինյանի և նախագահ Ալիևի ստորագրած համատեղ հռչակագրին, մենք ամեն կերպ աջակցել ենք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, նրա ջանքերին, որոնք ներդնում են Եվրամիությունը կամ ԱՄՆ-ն և այն ջանքերին, որորնք ձեռնարկվել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից երկկողմ հիմունքներով։ Մեզ համար իսկապես կարևոր է, որ Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը պահպանվի ոչ միայն աշխատանքի շնորհիվ, որ մենք իրականացնում ենք Վրաստանում, այլև այն կայունությունը, որ կարելի էր բերել Հայաստանից և Ադրբեջանից»,- ասել է Կոլոմինան։

Խոսելով Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, թե Հայաստանը շատ հստակ որոշել է փոխել իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, որպեսզի մի փոքր հեռու մնա Մոսկվայից։ «Դա մենք խրախուսում ենք, հայերն ազատ են ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու, նրանք որոշել են դա անել, կարծում եմ, որ նրանք արդեն սկսում են մերձենալ մեզ հետ՝ ակնկալելով ավելի շատ համագործակցություն, ավելի շատ քաղաքական երկխոսություն՝ խնդրելով ՆԱՏՕ-ի ավելի մեծ ներկայություն և տեսանելիություն այն հարբերություններում, որոնք ունեն մեզ հետ»,- նշել է Կոլոմինան։

Ըստ էության, այս վերջին հայտարարությունը վկայում է, որ Արևմուտքը կոնկրետ զգուշացնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ չշեղվել իր արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու քաղաքականությունից։ Եթե կոնկրետ Փաշինյանի այս այցի վերաբերյալ առայժմ կոշտ գնահատականներ չկան, ապա պատճառն ընդամենն այն է, որ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է հենց Փաշինյանից հասկանալ, թե ի վերջո որտեղ է նա իրեն տեսնում։ Չի բացառվում, որ Հայաստան վերադառնալուց հետո արդեն հաջորդ տարի Արևմուտքն ավելի կոշտ դիրքորոշում որդեգրի, եթե հանկարծ պարզվի, որ Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում փոխել արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը։
