Գործող վարչախումբն արշավ է սկսել Արցախի իշխանությունների դեմ

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները լայնածավալ գրոհ են սկսել Արցախի գործող իշխանությունների նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի դեմ։ Կոշտ քննադատությունների իսկական ալիք է, ընդ որում իշխանության բավական բարձր մակարդակով՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ, ՔՊ վարչության անդամներ, որոնք հաճախ անցնելով քաղաքական էթիկետի և վարվեցողության բոլոր կանոններն արդեն ակնհայտ սպառնալիքներ են տալիս։

Ֆեյսբուքում էլ գործող իշխանությունների սպասարկուները պահանջում են անմիջապես ձերբակալել Շահրամանյանին և Արցախի իշխանությունների մյուս ներակայացուցիչներին՝ նրա և իր նախկին խորհրդականի հայտարարությունները կոնկրետ իրենց դեմ քայլ որակելով։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Շահրամանյանի արդեն նախկին խորհրդական Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Արցախը հունվարի 1-ից լուծարելու մասին հրամանագիրն այլևս գոյություն չունի և դրա համար հիմք է հանդիսացել Շահրամանյանի մեկ այլ՝ Երևանում հոկտեմբերի 19-ին ստորագրած հրամանագիրը, ըստ որի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից Արցախի նախագահը, պետնախարարը, կառավարության անդամները շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել հասարակական հիմունքներով՝ այսինքն առանց վարձատրության։ Դրանից հետո Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, թե դա իր մասնավոր կարծիքն է և այլևս Շահրամանյանի խորհրդականը չէ։

Մյուս կողմից էլ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը նաև թույլ չի տալիս Արցախի իշխանություններին հատուկ վարչություն ստեղծել տեղահանված տասնյակ հազարավոր արցախցիների խնդիրները լուծելու համար։ Ի դեպ այդ առաջարկն անգամ արել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ բավականին մերձ հարաբերություններ ունեցող Սամվել Բաբայանը, և վարչախմբի այս մերժումը վկայում է, որ նրանք ամեն գնով ցանկանաում են կասեցնել Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների աշխատանքը, վերջ դնել Արցախ բառի գործածությանը և ընդհանրապես թաղել Արցախի հարցը։ Ինչ է սա, եթե ոչ ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի պահանջների կատարում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից։
