Ucom-ը որակավորվել է տեղեկատվական անվտանգության միջազգային բարձր ISO 27001 ստանդարտով

Ucom-ը ստացել է ISO/IEC 27001 հեղինակավոր հավաստագիր տեղեկատվական անվտանգության բարձր ստանդարտին համապատասխանելու համար։ Միջազգային փորձագետների կողմից երկարատև և մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում առաջատար Ucom ազգային օպերատորը որակավորվել է ISO/IEC 27001 ստանդարտով, որը տեղեկատվական անվտանգության կառավարման համակարգերի (ISMS) ամենաբարձր միջազգային չափանիշն է: 

«Այժմ, երբ տեղեկատվական անվտանգությունն ավելի արժեքավոր է, քան երբևէ, ISO 27001  հավաստագրի ձեռքբերումը նշանակալի իրադարձություն է հեռահաղորդակցության տեղական շուկայում և մեր ընկերության համար։ Բայց այս քայլով, մենք նախևառաջ ուզում ենք փոխանցել մեր բաժանորդներին և գործընկերներին, որ իրենց տվյալների անվտանգությունը և ընդհանրապես տեղեկատվական անվտանգությունը ամենակարևորն է մեզ համար», - ասել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը: 

Միջազգային ոսկե ստանդարտ համարվող ISO/IEC 27001-ին համապատասխանությունը նշանակում է, որ հավաստագիր ստացած ընկերությունում ներդրված է տեղեկատվական անվտանգության, կիբեռանվտանգության և անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության հետ կապված ռիսկերի կառավարման պատշաճ համակարգ։ Այն թույլ է տալիս տեղյակ լինել անվտանգային ռիսկերից և վաղ հայտնաբերման միջոցով կանխարգելել դրանք։ 

«Ucom-ն իր ռազմավարական նպատակներին հասնելու համար սահմանել է նոր թիրախներ, որոնց հասնելու կարևոր պայմաններից էր համապատասխան բարեփոխումների իրականացումը և որպես արդյունք՝ ISO/IEC 27001 սերտիֆիկատի ստացումը: Համակարգի ներդրման գերնպատակը թե՛ բաժանորդների, թե՛ աշխատակիցների անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանությունն է, ինչը մշտապես եղել է ընկերության ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Այս սերտիֆիկատը ընկերութունն ստացել է՝ անցնելով աուդիտ անգլիական QuayAudit-ի կողմից» - հավելել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը։

Սա Ucom-ի արդեն երկրորդ ISO սերտիֆիկացումն է։ 2023 թվականի ընթացքում ընկերությունը հաջողությամբ անցել էր միջազգային սերտիֆիկացման աուդիտ և ստացել որակի կառավարման համակարգի ISO 9001 հավաստագիր:

Ucom-ը մատուցում է ամենաարագ ֆիքսված և շարժական կապի ծառայությունները Հայաստանում: Բացարձակ առաջատար է IPTV և ֆիքսված ինտերնետի ծառայությունների մատուցման ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև զբաղեցնում է գլխավոր դիրքերը շարժական ինտերնետի հայկական շուկայում։ Միջազգային լավագույն չափանիշներին համապատասխանող արդիականացված 4G+ և սեփական օպտիկամանրաթելային ցանցերի միջոցով Ucom-ը տրամադրում է ֆիքսված և շարժական կապի ծառայությունների ամբողջական փաթեթն ավելի քան 700 հազար բաժանորդների:
