«Դասական» քաղաքական հետապնդում. իշխանության վախերը և մանրությունը․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես և կանխատեսվում էր, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ դատավոր աշխատող ոչ անհայտ Մացոն՝ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը, հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ մեղադրական դատավճիռ կայացրեց:

«Փաստի» նախորդ հրապարակումներում մի քանի անգամ նշել էինք, որ կանխատեսվում է նման տարբերակ, ինչը դժվար չէր հաշվարկել՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե փաշինյանական իշխանությունն այս գործով ում էր նշանակել դատավորի դերում: Նաև նշել էինք, որ այս ամբողջ հիմնազուրկ, շինծու հիմքերով դատավարության կամ դատավարության վատ պարոդիայի իմաստը Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հասարակական-քաղաքական գործունեությունը սահմանափակելն է, նրան ազատությունից զրկելը, արհեստականորեն պասիվացնելը: Ու հենց նման դատավճիռ էլ կայացվեց, որի համաձայն, Ավետիք Չալաբյանի ազատությունը սահմանափակվում է 1 տարի 11 ամիս 5 օր ժամկետով, իսկ բացի այդ, նրան արգելվում է մասնակցել հավաքների և այլ հանրային միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև՝ փոխել բնակության վայրը՝ առանց նրա վարքագծի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնող իրավասու մարմնի համաձայնության:

Պատահական չէ, որ թե՛ իրավաբանական հանրության գերակշիռ մասը, թե՛ տարբեր փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները պնդում են, թե սա դասական քաղաքական հետապնդում է: Նման վճիռը բացահայտորեն դրսևորում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա գլխավորած իշխանության վախերը: Այստեղ առկա է մի քանի կարևոր հանգամանք. Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող գործածել իր սիրելի, ստանդարտ, բայց վաղուց մաշված «զինատեսակները», այն է՝ «նախկին» լինելու մեղադրանք-կաղապարները, «արտաքին ուժերի» հետ կապ ունենալը և այլն, և այլն: Արդյունքում, նրա դեմ պայքարելու գործիքակազմը հասնում է մինիմումի՝ մնալով իրավապահների կարած գործի ու Մացոյի որոշման հույսին:

Երկրորդ ուշագրավ հանգամանքը վերաբերում է Չալաբյանին ազատությունից զրկելու ժամկետներին: Ի՞նչ է սպասվում այդ ժամկետում՝ ներքաղաքական կարևոր գործընթացներ, ի մասնավորի՝ արտահերթ ընտրություններ, որոնց մասին այդքան խոսվում է, կամ թեկուզ հերթական ընտրություններ, Փաշինյանի կողմից նոր կապիտուլ յացիայի ստորագրում, որին Փաշինյանն ու քպականները «խաղաղության պայմանագիր» են ասում: Նրանց համար կարևոր է, որ այդ շրջանում ակտիվ ու կարողունակ գործիչներից Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ակտիվանալու հնարավորություն չունենա: Իսկ գուցե մի հատ էլ «մոմ թափողի» կամ «վախ բռնողի» մոտ գնան քպականները... Դա չի օգնի, իհարկե, բայց դիտարժան կլինի:
