ՖՈՏՈ. Հուշում վարորդների համար. երբ կարելի է նստել ղեկին խնջույքից հետո

Ընտանեկան խնջույքները, ընկերների հետ հանդիպումներն ու աշխատանքային հավաքույթները հաճախ չեն անցնում առանց ալկոհոլի օգտագործման: Ինչ անել, եթե դուք այդպիսի միջոցառման եկել եք ձեր սեփական ավտոմեքենայով: Իհարկե, լավ տարբերակ է մեքենանա տանը թողնելն ու տաքսիով գնալ: Սակայն կարելի է մի փոքր սպասել, մինչ ալկոհոլի ազդեցությունն օրգանիզմում անցնի:

Ներկայացնում ենք, թե ալկոհոլ օգտագործելուց որքան ժամանակ հետո է կարելի է նստել մեքենայի ղեին, որպեսզի չվնասեք թե ձեզ, թե շրջապատող մարդկանց:

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները շուրջօրյա հերթապահում են, հատկապես տոն օրերին: Խմած ղեկին նստելու հետևանքով հաճախ տեղի են ունենում մահվան ելքով պատահարներ և ճակատագրեր են խորտակվում, որի պատճառն էլ խմիչքի չարաշահումն ու չափից շատ ինքնավստահությունն է:

Խմած մարդիկ հաճախ չեն կարողանում ղեկավարել իրենց զգացմունքներն ու գործողությունները: Ոչ սթափ վիճակում գտնվող վարորդների մասնակցությամբ վթարներ հաճախ են տեղի ունենում:

0,2-0,3 պրոմիլ քանակությամբ ալկոհոլի դեպքում ռեակցիան դանդաղանում է: Այդպիսի վիճակում չեք կարողանում գնահատել, թե ինչպիսի արագությամբ են շարժվում լույսի աղբյուրները, դրանց հեռավորությունն ու չափը: 0,5-,08 պրոմիլ քանակության դեպքում, իսկ դա հավասարազոր է մեկ լիտր գարեջրին կամ 120 մլ օղուն, խափանվում է տեսողության աշխատանքը, աչքերը դժվարությամբ են հարմարվում լույսին: Ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ ալկոհոլի դեպքում վարորդները սկսում են ավելի վատ հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում շրջակայքում: Հայտնի է, որ 2,5 լիտր գարեջրի կամ 30 մլ օղու օգտագործման դեպքում, որպես կանոն, լիակատար կորցնում եք մեքենան ղեկավարելու ունակությունը: 5 և ավելի պրոմիլ քանակությունը համարվում է մահացու վտանգավոր:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ալկոհոլն օրգանիզմից այնպես արագ դուրս չի գալիս, ինչպես կցանկանայինք: Այդ գործընթացը կարող է պահանջել 4-16 ժամ, շատ դեպքերում նաև ավել: Ամեն ինչ կախված է սեռից, քաշից , ուտելիքի չափից և անհատական նյութափոխանակությունից:

Եթե խմելու ընթացքում ոչինչ չուտեք, ապա ստամոքսը կմնա դատարկ և ալկոհոլն ավելի արագ կգնա օրգանիզմ և դուրս կգա: Այսինքն, այդ դեպքում մարդը շատ արագ հարում և շատ արագ կարգավորվում է:

Նույնիսկ փոքր քանակությամբ ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում ավտոմեքենա վարելն արգելվում է: Հանցագործություն մի կատարեք և վտանգի մի ենթարկեք ձեր և շրջապատի կյանքը:
