ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կկարողանան առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի Էմիրություններ ճամփորդել. արձանագրությունը քննարկվեց ԱԺ-ում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը ներկայացվեց արձանագրություն, որի վավերացման դեպքում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կստանան առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի մուտք գործել Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Հայաստանի ազգային ժողովը վավերացրեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության եւ Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների կառավարության միջեւ 2009 թվականի հունիսի 21-ի` դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու պահանջից ազատելու մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» արձանագրությունն ԱԺ նիստում ներկայացրեց Արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանը:

Արձանագրությունը ստորագրվել է 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 7-ին:

Վահան Կոստանյանը նշեց, որ երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը գրեթե բոլոր բնագավառներում զարգանում է դինամիկ կերպով, առկա է ընդգրկուն երկկողմ օրակարգ:  Միացյալ Էմիրությունները տարածաշրջանում ՀՀ առաջին առևտրային գործընկերն է:

«ԱՄԷ քաղաքների հետ ուղիղ օդային հաղորդակցությունը ծառայում է նաև որպես տարանցիկ ուղի ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար՝ Մերձավոր և Միջին Արևելքի, Ասիայի և Աֆրիկայի տարբեր ուղղություններով ճամփորդելու համար»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ մոտ 30 թռիչք է լինում Հայաստանից Էմիրությունների տարբեր քաղաքներ:

«Արձանագրության վավերացման արդյունքում երկու երկրների՝ 6 ամսից ոչ պակաս վավերականության ժամկետով անձնագրեր ունեցող քաղաքացիները կարող են մուտք գործել, դուրս գալ և տարանցմամբ տեղաշարժվել իրենց համապատասխան երկրների տարածքով՝ առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի և վճարի: Մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու պահանջից ազատված անձնագրեր են համարվում երկու  երկրների վավերացման դիվանագիտական, հատուկ, պաշտոնական և սովորական անձնագրերը: Նշված անձնագրեր ունեցող կողմերի քաղաքացիներին թույլատրվում է գտնվել մյուս կողմի երկրի տարածքում առավելագույնը 90 օր ժամկետով»,-ասաց Կոստանյանը:

Փոխնախարարը հավելեց, որ, եթե խորհրդարանի կողմից հավանություն ստանալուց հետո արձանագրությունն ավտոմատ կերպով միանգամից ուժի մեջ չի մտնելու, քաղաքացիները պետք է սպասեն, մինչև կավարտվի ներպետական ընթացակարգը: Երբ ամեն ինչ պատրաստ լինի, ԱԳՆ-ն հանրային կերպով կհայտարարի, որ քաղաքացիները կարող են առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի ԱՄԷ ճամփորդել:

Արձանագրությունը վավերացնելու մասին նախագծի քվեարկությունը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ավելի ուշ:
