Պրոդուկտին առավելագույնս շատ անձանց հասանելիություն ապահովելու նպատակով սահմանվել է պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման ցածր շեմ՝ նվազագույնը տասը հատ պարտատոմս՝ 10,000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով:
