Մացոյի նոր վճիռը. Չալաբյանին հեռու պահել քաղաքական գործընթացներից

Վերջապես 2 տարի անց ավարտվեց հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ, «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի շուրջ դատական ֆարսը։ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը երեկ հրապարակել է գործով վճիռը, որոշել է Չալաբյանի ազատությունը սահմանափակել 1 տարի 11 ամիս, 5 օր ժամկետով։ Ամենակարևորն այս վճռում, Մարտիրոսյանի մյուս որոշումն է. դատարանն արգելել է Չալաբյանին մասնակցել հավաքների և այլ հանրային միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև առանց նրա վարքագծի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնող իրավասու մարմնի համաձայնության՝ վայրը փոփոխել։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ, հիշեցնենք, որ գործ էին հարուցել 2021 թվականին։ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդից, ոմն Թոռնիկ Ալոյան, ցուցմունք էր տվել, իբր Չալաբյանը գումար է առաջարկել իրեն, ուսանողներին ընդդիմության հավաքներին բերելու համար։ Ալոյանն այսօր բավականին լուրջ պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում Ագրարային համալսարանում, նրան վարձահատույց են եղել կեղծ ցուցմունքներ տալու, Ավետիք Չալաբյանին հանիրավի մեղադրելու մեջ, իսկ Չալաբյանը տևական ազատազրկումից հետո, որոշ ժամանակ ազատ էր արձակվել և այդ ժամանակն օգտագործել էր չափազանց կարևոր նախաձեռնությունների համար։

Ի սկզբանե գործը Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին մակագրելով՝ ակնհայտ էր, որ գործող վարչախումբը չափազանց մտահոգված է Չալաբյանի քաղաքական ակտիվությունից և փորձում է ամեն ինչ անել նրա գործունեությունը կանխելու, մեկուսացնելու, քաղաքական ակտիվությունը թուլացնելու համար։ Մարտիրոսյանը, նշենք, Հայաստանի ամենավարկաբեկված դատավորն է։ Բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք հասցրել է քաղաքական աղմկոտ վճիռներ կայացնել, բազմաթիվ մարդկանց դատապարտել։ Ժամանակին հենց նա էր ազատազրկման դատապարտել նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իսկ Փաշինյանի օրոք դարձել է գործող իշխանությունների սրտի դատավորը։
