Պետության չգոյության երկու դրվագ

Երեկ տեղի ունեցած երկու իրադարձություն հերթական անգամ արձանագրում են, որ Հայաստանում պետական համակարգ որպես այդպիսին գոյություն չունի, պետության ղեկին դիլետանտներ են, իսկ Հայաստանը դարձել է ռուսերեն ասած՝ «պռախադնոյ դվոր», որտեղ ով ինչ ուզում անում է։ Նախօրեին ջրային պարեկները «Սևան ազգային պարկի» ծառայողների հետ երկու նավակով ծառայություն են իրականացրել Սևանա լճի Նորատուս բնակավայրի հատվածում։ Երկու հարյուր ձկնորսական նավակներ մոտեցել են նրանց, ձկնորսները հայհոյել են, բենզինով շշեր, փայտեր նետել, մի քանիսն էլ բարձրացել են «Սևան ազգային պարկին» պատկանող նավի վրա, վիճաբանել աշխատակիցների հետ, հարվածներ հասցրել։ Մի քանի մարդ վնասվածքներ է ստացել։ Դիմակավորված ձկնորսները գողացել են նաև «Սևան ազգային պարկին» պատկանող նավակը։

Երեկ առավոտյան դիմակավորված հատուկ ջոկատայիններն էլ հատուկ գործողություն են իրականացրել Նորատուսում՝ ձերբակալելով 26 անձանց։ Դրանից հետո ողջ գյուղը հավաքվել, հանրահավաք է արել և պահանջել է գործող իշխանություններից թույլ տալ շարունակել ձկնագողությունը, ընդ որում գործող իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ դեռ չեն արձագանքել, բացառությունը, թերևս, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Նարեկ Գրիգորյանն է, որը հենց Նորատուս գյուղից է և անձամբ գնացել ու կանգնել է իր գյուղացիների կողքին, փոխանակ սաստեր, թույլ չտար Սևանա լճից ձկան գողություն իրականացնել։

Մեկ այլ դեպք էլ Գյումրիում է եղել։ Ուկրաինական պատերազմից հետո Հայաստան փախած և Հայաստանում ապաստանած ռուսաստանցի Դմիտրի Սեդրակովին գտել են Ռուսաստանում, Դոնի Ռոստովի ոստիկանությունում։ Նրան շաբաթներ առաջ ձերբակալել էին հենց Գյումրիում, 102-րդ ռազմակայանի ռուս ռազմական ոստիկանները, իսկ միջպետական համաձայնագրով, ռուս իրավապահները նման իրավասություն ընդհանրապես չունեն, առավել ևս խիստ զարմանալի է, որ ռուսները ոչ միայն փողոցից մարդ են առևանգում, այլ նաև նրան հաջողացնում են տեղափոխել Դոնի Ռոստով, իսկ Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հաղորդագրութուն է տարածել, թե Սեդրակովին ձերբակալելու, կալանավորելու և Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններին հանձնելու մասին միջնորդություն չի ստացել, չի քննարկել և չի բավարարել։

Մի գուցե Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազուհուն թվում է, թե այս կերպ իր վրայից հեռացնում է բոլոր մեղադրանքները, սակայն փաստն ընդամենն այն է, որ ռուս իրավապահները պարզապես «շան տեղ չեն դնում» իրենց հայ գործընկերներին, իսկ ցանկացած մեկը կարող է գալ Հայաստան, ցանկացածին առևանգել և առանց դժվարությունների տանել երկրից։
