Ի՞նչ են քննարկել ՔՊ Գյումրիի ժողովում

Դեկտեմբերի 16-ին Գյումրիում տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության երրորդ քաղաքական ժողովը։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը չափազանց սուղ է. ասում են քննարկել են Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը և Կառավարության արտաքին քաղաքական տեսլականին առնչվող հարցեր։

Նույնիսկ այս սուղ հաղորդագրությունից կարելի է զգալի եզրակացություններ անել։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ քննարկվող հարցերը հիմնականում երկուսն են եղել. աղմկահարույց մի շարք դեպքերում, աղմկահարույց դեպքերով աչքի ընկած ՔՊ-ականների հեռացումն իշխանությունից և նրանց փոխարեն նոր թիմակիցների ներգրավումը։

Իշխանության գերկենտրոնացման իր ջանքերի շրջանակում Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ազատվել բոլորից, ովքեր արդեն իսկ հասցրել են հանրության մեջ վատ անուն հանել, ինչպես նաև չեն կարողանում արդյունավետ կերպով իրականացնել կառավարումը։

Հանդիպման մասնակիցներից շատերին ուղիղ տեքստով հայտարարել են, որ նրանց ծառայություններից առաջիկայում հրաժարվելու են, հորդորել են՝ մի մասին կնշանակեն ավելի ցածր պաշտոնների, մյուսներին պարզապես կուղարկեն տուն, ընդ որում Փաշինյանն ուղիղ նրանց դեմքին ասել է, որ պաշտոնազրկումից հետո անհնազանդության որևէ դրսևորում պատժվելու է կալանքով և քրեական գործերով։

ՔՊ պաշտոնական էջում տարածված լուսանկարներից անգամ կարելի է ենթադրել, թե ինչպիսի տխուր դեմքերով են նստած ՔՊ-ական պաշտոնյաները։ Արտաքին քաղաքական տեսլականին առնչվող հարցերում էլ Փաշինյանը և արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը տեղեկացրել են բավականին վտանգավոր զարգացումների մասին, նշել, որ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իրենց քաղաքականությունը բավարար չափով աջակցություն չի ստանում Արևմուտքում, իսկ Ռուսաստանն արդեն լրջորեն սկսել է զբաղվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրով» և նրա առաջնորդով։ Առայժմ որոշել են փոքր-ինչ մեղմացնել հռետորաբանությունը, մինչև հասկանան, թե ինչ է կատարվում, և հենց այդ պատճառով է, որ ԱԳՆ-ն մինչ օրս որևէ պատասխան չի տվել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի՝ չափազանց կոշտ գնահատականներին։
