Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունն իշխանությունը սկսել է ծածուկ «հիշել» կամ թուրքական նախապայմանների ստրուկները

ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը գրում է․ «Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունն իշխանությունը սկսել է ծածուկ «հիշել» կամ թուրքական նախապայմանների ստրուկները


Այս օրերին Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի մի լուր դուրս մնաց հանրության ուշադրությունից։

 

Պարզվում է, անցյալ շաբաթ՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, 2015թ.-ին Հայաստանի առաջարկությամբ ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ընդունված և հայտարարված «Զոհերի հիշատակի և նրանց արժանապատվության հարգանքի և ցեղասպանությունների  կանխարգելման» միջազգային օրը,  ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը եւ գլխավոր քարտուղար Բորիս Սահակյանն այցելել են Ծիծեռնակաբերդ եւ հարգանքի տուրք են մատուցել ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին։

Ծիծեռնակաբերդ ես եմ նշում, իսկ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ԱԳՆ մամլո հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված էլ չի ուր են այցելել, ի սպառ բացակայում է ոչ միայն 1915-ի Ցեղասպանության կազմակերպչի՝ Օսմանյան կայսրության անվանումը, այլ անգամ՝ Հայոց Ցեղասպանություն ձեւակերպումը (հղումը՝ մեկնաբանությունում)։

Այնքան են Հայաստանի նորօրյա դիվանագետները փորձել արդեն ավանդական հիշատակի այս օրը ծածուկ նշել, որ ԱԳՆ հայտարարություն էլ զլացել կազմել և հրապարակել։

Մինչ այդ, տարիներ շարունակ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին եղել է ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը կամ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի ուղերձը «Զոհերի հիշատակի և նրանց արժանապատվության հարգանքի և ցեղասպանությունների  կանխարգելման» միջազգային օրվա առիթով: (2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 թվականների հիշատակումների հղումները՝ մեկնաբանությունում):

Ավելին, տարբեր տարիներին Հայաստանում պետական մակարդակով այդ օրերին կայացել են «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» խորագրով միջազգային ֆորումներ։ Վերջինը 2022-ին էր, որտեղ այլեւս չխոսվեց Հայոց Ցեղասպանության մասին, իսկ Փաշինյանը հանդես եկավ իր աղմկահարույց հայտարարությամբ, թե իրեն հաճախ թուրք են անվանում, որից վատ չի զգում։

Դեռ անցած տարի ահազանգել էի, որ պաշտոնական խոսույթում սահուն  կերպով Օսմանյան կայսրության կողմից կազմակերպված Հայոց Ցեղապանություն եզրույթը դուրս է մնում։ Հիմա արդեն փորձում են մեր դիվանագիտական ձեռքբերումների մասին անգամ լռել, որ չզայրացնեն Անկարային։

Տեղին է հիշել, երբ Ռուբինյան-Քըլըչ բանակցային ձեւաչափի սկիզբը դրվեց, ու հպարտանում էին, թե նախապայմաններ չկային, ընդդիմությունը հակազդում էր՝ նախապայմաններ գրավոր չկան, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանություններն անխոս են գնալու զիջումների։ 2023-ի դեկտեմբերի 9-ի ծածուկ «հիշատակումը» դրա վկայությունն է»։
