Ի՞նչն է կասկածելի ու տարօրինակ թվում գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություն հրապարակվեց, որ 2021 թվականին գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը ձեռք է բերել գործարար Փայլակ Հայրապետյանին պատկանող՝ Սևանի «Հայրապետ» հյուրանոցային համալիրն ու հարևանությամբ գտնվող երկու այլ գույք։ Նշվում է, որ «6 միլիոն դոլար գնահատված հյուրանոցը գործարարը ձեռք է բերել 18 անգամ ցածր գնով՝ 360 հազար դոլարով»։

«Փաստը» դիմեց Նալբանդյանին՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Գործարարը նշեց, որ մի քանի լրատվամիջոցներում տարածված այդ հրապարակման սկզբնաղբյուրը «Հետք» ինտերնետային թերթն է, ապա տեղեկացրեց, որ ինքը նշյալ լրատվամիջոցին հետաքրքրող հարցերին նախ պատասխանել է գրավոր: «Ես այդ պատասխանում մասնավորաբար նշել եմ ու հիմա էլ կրկնում եմ, որ վերոհիշյալ գույքերի նկատմամբ մեր հետաքրքրությունն առաջացել է, և գործարքները տեղի են ունեցել զուտ նրանց շահավետ լինելու տրամաբանությամբ: Մենք ղեկավարվում ենք բացառապես ազնիվ, արդար և մրցակցային գործարարության սկզբունքով»,-ասաց նա:

Նալբանդյանը նաև մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ ինքը գրավոր պատասխան ուղարկելուց զատ իր նախաձեռնությամբ անձամբ այցելել է «Հետքի» խմբագրություն և բավական երկար ժամանակ պատրաստակամորեն պատասխանել խմբագրակազմի բոլոր հարցերին: «Ցավոք, այդ զրույցի մասին նշյալ հրապարակման մեջ ակնարկ անգամ չկա, ոչ մի բառ չկա այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ իմ տված պարզաբանումներից, ինչն, անկեղծ ասած, չափազանց տարօրինակ է, եթե չասեմ կասկածելի՝ կապված նման հրապարակման նպատակների հետ»,-նշեց Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը:

Գործարարը տարակուսած էր նաև այն հանգամանքից, որ փորձ է արվում իրեն «ճանաչեցնել» միայն նշյալ հյուրանոցի ու Ծաղկաձորի «Գոլդեն Փելես» հյուրանոցային համալիրի գնման գործարքով. «Կարելի է ասել՝ փաստացի աղբավայրերից տասից ավելի գործարան եմ հիմնել, օրինակ՝ «Շիրակ» թռչնաֆաբրիկան, Եղվարդի համակցված կերերի գործարանը, Չարենցավանի օղու գործարանը, երկու ալրաղաց գործարան՝ Մասիսում ու Արտաշատում, հսկա սառնարանայի տնտեսությունը, մեծ ավտոպարկը՝ ավելի քան 200 բեռնափոխադրող մեքենայով, AquaYan խմելու ջրի գործարանը և այլն, և այլն: Բազմաթիվ աշխատատեղեր են ստեղծվել: Այնինչ, այդ ամենը որևէ մեկին կարծես չի հետաքրքրում, մարդիկ սևեռվել են հրապարակային աճուրդով ձեռք բերված գույքերի վրա, որոնք, ի դեպ, նշյալ բիզնես համակարգում բավական փոքր մաս են կազմում»:
