Կյանքից հեռացել է Ալեքսիս Օհանյանի 101-ամյա պապը

Հայազգի գործարար, Reddit-ի հիմնադիր Ալեքսիս Օհանյանը հայտնել է 101-ամյա պապի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը վերապրածների ընտանիքում ծնված Ջոն Օհանյանի մահվան մասին։ Գործարարն այս մասին գրել է X-ում:

«Երեկ հուղարկավորեցինք պապիկիս՝ Ջոն Օհանյանին: Օլիմպիայի և Ադիրայի (Ալեքսիս Օհանյանի դուստրերը) մեծ պապը մարդ էր, որի 101 տարվա (102 տարեկանի լրանալուն մեկ ամիս էր մնացել) ճանապարհորդությունը տոկունության, նվիրվածության և ընտանիքի մնայուն ուժի վկայությունն էր:

Նա ծնվել է Հայոց ցեղասպանութունից հետո. նրա կյանքի վաղ տարիներին եղել են մեծ մարտահրավերներ: Նրա ծնողները, որոնք Ցեղասպանության վերապրածներ էին, նրա մեջ սերմանել են հույսը միայն սեփական անձի վրա դնելու խոր զգացում և ընտանիքի կարևորությունը: Հետագայում այս դասերը դառնալու էին նրա կյանքի հիմնաքարը», - գրել է Օհանյանը:

Նա մանրամասնել է, որ պապը զորակոչվել էր ԱՄՆ բանակ՝ կռվելու Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում, այնուհետև իրավագիտություն էր սովորել և հրաշալի կարիերա կառուցել այս ոլորտում:

«Հույսը միայն սեփական անձի վրա դնելը պապիկիս հատկանիշն էր, և ես երախտապարտ եմ դրա համար: Պապիկ, ես գիտեմ, որ քո անցած ճանապարհը հեշտ չէր, բայց այն մեզ տարավ Օհանյանների 3 նոր սերնդի միջով՝ տալով հնարավորություններ, որոնց մասին քո ծնողները, որոնք իրենց պատանեկության տարիներին մղձավանջ էին ապրել, կարող էին միայն երազել», - գրել է Օհանյանը:
