Ի՞նչ է պատրաստում ԱՄՆ-ն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի համար

Պաշտոնական Երևանը հերքում է տեղեկությունը, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարները հունվարին հանդիպելու են Վաշինգտոնում։ Արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը նշել է, որ եթե լինում է հանդիպման պայմանավորվածություն ԱԳն-ն տեղկացնում է։ Մի հերքում էլ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն էր տարածել։ Այխան Հաջիզադեն պնդել էր, թե որևէ համաձայնություն արտգործնախարարաների առաջիկա համդիպման վայրի ու ամսաթվի վերաբերյալ չկա։

Հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը նախօրեին հանրայինի եթերով էր հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարները հունվարին հանդիպելու են Վաշինգտոնում։ Որևէ այլ կողմ նման անոնս չէր արել։ Արևմուտքում՝ հատկապես Վաշինգտոնում, արտգործնախարարների կամ որևէ այլ մակարդակով հանդիպումը բնականաբար կարող է հարուցել Ռուսաստանի զայրույթը։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում», օրինակ, կարծում են, որ տեղեկությունը միտումնավոր է տարածվել։

Ի դեպ, ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, հանդիպում այնուամենայնիվ կայանալու է, ընդ որում չի բացառվում, ոչ թե եկող տարվա հունվարին, այլ արդեն այս ամիս։

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի՝ Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով օգնական  Ջեյմս Օ’Բրայենը հայտարարել է, թե կարևոր է, որ երկու երկրները խոսում են իրար հետ և գործնական համաձայնությունների հասնում։ Օ’Բրայենը մասնավորապես հիշեցրել էր ռազմագերների ազատ արձակման մասին։ «Հուսով ենք շատ շուտով ականատես կլինենք, որ կողմերը հասնում են խաղաղության համաձայնագրի, երկու կողմերն էլ հայտարարել են , որ շահագրգռված են այդ անել»,- նշել է փոխպետքարտուղարը։ Հարցին՝ արդյոք պետքարտուղարությունը կհյուրընկալի Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարաներին մինչև այս տարվա վերջ, ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղարը հայտարարել է, թե իրենք պատրաստ են օգնել։ Երկու կողմերին էլ խրախուսում են հանդիպել։ «Այս տարվա համար բավարար ժամանակ չի մնացել, բաց մենք ամեն ինչ կանենք»,- նշել է Օ՛Բրայենը։

Թերևս սա վկայում է, որ արևմուտքը շահագրգռված է հնարավորինս շուտ և արագ կազմակերպել արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը։
