Արագորեն սկսել են սիրաշահել Երևանին․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ղազախական vb.kg հրատարակությունն «Արևմուտքը ձգտում է Հայաստանը դարձնել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հենակետ Հարավային Կովկասում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Փարիզն ու Վաշինգտոնը արագորեն սկսել են սիրաշահել Երևանին՝ առաջարկելով ռազմատեխնիկական և քաղաքական համագործակցություն։ Հավանաբար, Արևմուտքը փորձում է խաղալ հայերի զգացմունքների վրա և մտադիր է Հայաստանում կրկնել 2004-2008 թվականների վրացական բարեփոխումները։ Այսինքն, Վաշինգտոնը և նրա դաշնակիցները ծրագրում են ֆինանսական և աշխարհաքաղաքական օգնություն տրամադրել Հայաստանին՝ պետական ապարատի, դատական համակարգի, իրավապահ մարմինների մաքրման և ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշներին համապատասխան ժամանակակից զինված ուժեր ստեղծելու համար:Այսինքն, հավանական է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանության թևերը ամբողջությամբ կվերֆորմատավորվեն արևմտյան ձևով։

Հիմա Արևմուտքը հմտորեն է խաղարկում Ղարաբաղում պարտվելու հայերի դժգոհությունները։ Եթե հայկական բանակում բարեփոխումները հաջող իրականացվեն, ապա Արևմուտքը կարող է Երևանին մղել Ադրբեջանի հետ նոր պատերազմի՝ խոստանալով աջակցել նրան արտաքին քաղաքականության և տնտեսական ազդեցության գործիքների օգնությամբ։

Իհարկե, այսօր հայկական զինված ուժերը պարտված ու բարոյալքված են և ինչ-որ չափով իրենց ծանր վիճակով նման են 1990-ականների վրացական բանակին։

Հետո՝ 2003 թվականից սկսած, վրացի բարեփոխիչ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի գործարկած նորամուծությունները արմատապես փոխեցին Վրաստանի պետական կառուցվածքը։ Շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում՝ 5 տարում, զգույշ աշխատանքի և ամերիկյան փողի ներարկումներով վրացական բանակը վերածվեց մարտունակ ուժի՝ պատրաստված և հագեցված ՆԱՏՕ-ի պահանջներին համապատասխան։ 2008 թվականի օգոստոսին ռուս-վրացական հնգօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Վրաստանը հստակ օրինակով ցույց տվեց, թե ինչի են ընդունակ ՆԱՏՕ-ի տիպի բանակային ստորաբաժանումները։ Չնայած պետք է խոստովանել, որ Վրաստանը չկարողացավ վերականգնել վերահսկողությունը չճանաչված հանրապետությունների նկատմամբ, սակայն դա ՆԱՏՕ-ի տիպի բանակի և ռուսական զորքերի բախման առաջին փորձն էր նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարածքում։

Իհարկե, նույնիսկ 5-7 տարի արևմտյան սուբսիդիաների միջոցով բանակը հզորացնելուց հետո էլ Հայաստանը չի հասնի Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ներուժին։ Սակայն արևմտյան զենքի առատաձեռն մատակարարումները և բարեփոխումների համար միջոցների հոսքը կարող են գայթակղություն դառնալ Երևանի իշխող շրջանակների համար՝ նոր հակամարտություն սկսել Բաքվի հետ: Չմոռանանք նաև արևմտյան երկրներում հայկական լոբբիի ազդեցության մասին, որն ամեն կերպ կնպաստի համագործակցության պատրվակով Հայաստանին ֆինանսների և զենքի հատկացմանը։ Հավանաբար առաջիկա 5 տարվա ընթացքում ռուսական ռազմակայանները դուրս կբերվեն Հայաստանի տարածքից, և դրանց տեղերը կզբաղեցնեն արևմտյան ռազմական ուսումնական կենտրոնները։
