«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, որ «նախկինների» ժամանակ լավ հարմարված էր ՄԻ պաշտպանի պաշտոնում, իսկ իշխանափոխությունից հետո շտապեց իր «մասնագիտական ծառայությունները» ի սպաս դնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու հիմա Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահն է, նախօրեին հայտարարել է. «Այդքան քննարկված և պահանջված դատական վեթթինգի շրջանակներում տեղի են ունեցել դատավորների հսկայածավալ ազատումներ և նշանակումներ: Այսպես՝ ներկայումս պաշտոնավարող 309 դատավորներից 200-ը նշանակվել են 2018 թվականի հեղափոխությունից հետո»: Նա էլի ինչ-որ վիճակագրական տվյալներ է բերում: Բայց...

Այն, ինչ կատարվել ու կատարվում է դատական համակարգում վերջին 5 տարվա ու հատկապես վերջին 1-2 տարվա մեջ՝ Կարեն Անդրեասյան-արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյան «տանդեմի» կողմից, ոչ թե «վեթթինգ» է, այլ դատական համակարգի, եթե կուզեք՝ դատական իշխանության «մորթոցինգ»: Ընդ որում, հենց Անդրեասյանի բերած «թվաբանությունն» էլ է դրա մասին վկայում:

ԲԴԽ-ն, Կարեն Անդրեասյանի գլխավորությամբ, վերածվել է «պատժիչ օրգանի», որը հետևողականորեն հաշվեհարդար է տեսնում քաղաքական իշխանությանը անհաճո, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին ոչ ձեռնտու որոշումներ ընդունած դատավորների հետ: Ու ընդհանրապես, այն, որ մի քանի տարվա մեջ դատավորների մոտ 60 տոկոսը հեռացվել է ու նորերն են նշանակվել, ոչ մի լավ բանի մասին չի խոսում: Դա ոչ մի «վեթթինգ» էլ չէ: Դա ընդամենը դատարանները գործող իշխանության կրնկի տակ դնելու գործընթաց է, որը փորձ է արվում վերամբարձ ու ճռճռան ֆրազներով փաթեթավորած մատուցել:

Անհասկանալի է միայն, թե ո՞ւմ համար են «վեթթինգի» մասին «հեքիաթինգները»: Ո՞ւմ են ուզում ինչ-որ բան ասել կամ համոզել՝ Ձմեռ պապի՞ն: Չէ, ավելի ճիշտ՝ Սանտա Կլաուսին:
