ԵՄ առաքելության ընդլայնումը և Ռուսաստանի արձագանքը

Հայաստանում Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական դիտորդական առաքելության ընդլայնումն այն 138-ից 200 հոգանոց կազմի հասցնելն օբյեկտիվորեն պետք է արժանանար ռուսական կողմի բուռն դժգոհությանը։ Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը «ՏԱՍՍ»-ի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել է ԵՄ առաքելության ընդլայնումը՝ նշելով, թե այն չի կարող նպաստել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, ընդհակառակը, այդ քայլը միայն կմեծացնի լարվածությունը Հարավային Կովկասում։ «Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդների հայտնվելը բացարձակ անօգուտ քայլ էր Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին նպաստելու տեսանկյունից։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ ԵՄ առաքելության ընդլայնումն էլ բացարձակապես անօգուտ է և ոչ մի արդյունքի չի հանգեցնի այս գործընթացում, որի հիմնական սկզբունքները մշակվել են 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարների կողմից, ամրագրվել մի քանի եռակողմ համատեղ հայտարարություններում»,- ընդգծել է Գալուզինը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Եվրամիությունը ոչ մի նոր բան չի բերում Հարավային Կովկաս, այլ միայն լրացուցիչ լարվածություն և անվստահություն։
 
Մեկ տարի շարունակ Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելությունն առանձնապես շոշափելի հաջողությունների չի հասել, ընդհակառակն այդ առաքելության գործունեությունը զգալիորեն սրել է Հայաստանի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունները։ Ադրբեջանում, հիշեցնենք, Եվրամիության դիտորդների առաքելություն գոյություն չունի, փոխարենը Հայաստանն ինքն է շահագրգռված եղել այդ առաքելությունը մեր երկրում տեղակայելու հարցում, թեպետ Մոսկվայից բազմիցս դժգոհության ձայներ են լսվել։ Ի վերջո մեր իշխանությունները ոչ միայն Հայաստան բերեցին այդ առաքելությունը, այլև ցանկանում են այն ընդլայնել, ավելին, առաջիկայում նաև Եվրամիության տեխնիկական առաքելություն է ժամանելու՝ Հայաստանի ռազմական կարիքները գնահատելու համար։ Թե ինչպես դա կազդի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացման վրա, կարելի է միայն կռահել։
