«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iz.ru-ն «Արևելագետը գնահատել է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի հռետորաբանությունը անհարկի լարվածություն է ստեղծում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հարաբերություններում, և դա տեղի է ունենում Արևմուտքի հետ սրված հարաբերությունների ֆոնին, ասել է Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կովկասի հիմնախնդիրների փորձագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը։ «Դա տեղի է ունենում Արևմուտքի, առաջին հերթին՝ Ֆրանսիայի հետ հարաբերությունների ինտենսիվացման ֆոնին, որը սկսել է Հայաստանին մատակարարել զրահափոխադրիչներ և որոշ այլ զինատեսակներ։ Թեև պարզ չէ, թե ինչո՞ւ են այդ զենքերը անհրաժեշտ, քանի որ այդ զինատեսակների ծավալները, մատակարարումները և որակը, հատկապես ուկրաինական իրադարձությունների լույսի ներքո, ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանից տարիներ կպահանջվեն պաշտպանունակության ամրապնդման համար»,- ընդգծել է Տարասովը։

Փորձագետի կարծիքով, ռազմական հռետորաբանությունը, որն այսօր գալիս է Երևանից, բացարձակապես անհարկի լարվածություն է ստեղծում Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերություններում, և դա ընդամենը բլեֆ է։ «Դա ուղղակի բլեֆ է՝ Ռուսաստանին ցույց տալու համար, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միակ հենակետն է Կովկասում, և որ Ռուսաստանը, իբր, չի կատարել ՀԱՊԿ-ի ստանձնած իր պարտավորությունները այն ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանը ռազմական գործողություններ էր իրականացնում։ Հիմա Երևանն իբր մեկ այլ գործընկեր է փնտրում, որը կարող է փոխարինել Մոսկվային»,- հավելել է Տարասովը։

Արևելագետը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանն իրականում ներկա է Հայաստանում՝ ունենալով ռազմակայաններ և խաղաղապահներ, մինչդեռ Արևմուտքից Երևանի վերաբերյալ արվում են միայն հայտարարություններ և զենքի մասնակի մատակարարումներ, որոնք առանձնակի նշանակություն չունեն։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը ասել էր, որ իրենք հրաժարվել են հայց ներկայացնել Ռուսաստանի դեմ նախկինում վճարված զենքը չմատակարարելու համար։ Այդ հայտարարությունը հնչել էր այն բանից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ռուսական կողմին մեղադրել էր զենքի մատակարարումը իբր ձգձգելու մեջ։

Մեկնաբանելով դա՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան էլ նշել է, որ Մոսկվան ողջունում է Երևանի մտադրությունը՝ լուծելու ռուսական զենքի մատակարարումների հարցը գործընկերային ոգով։
