Նոր Նորքում գիշերը 26-ամյա տղայի են սպանել

Երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 10-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 20:05-ի սահմաններում «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը «աջ զստափոսում (որովայն) առկա երկու ծակած, կտրած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վարդան Խաչատուրյանի և բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Մամիկոնյանի գլխավորությամբ:Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու:Որոշ ժամանակ անց շտապօգնության բժիշկները «աջ նստատեղի կտրած, ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ նշված բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխում ևս մեկ քաղաքացու:

Բժիշկները դարձյալ ոստիկաններին հայտնում են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակ չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Սևան Քոչարյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Խորեն Բարխոյանն ու նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Արթուր Հակոբյանը:

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Գոռ Առաքելյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Գեղամ Եփրեմյանի գլխավորությամբ:Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել Շոպրոնի փողոցից:

Պարեկներ Արթուր Գրիգորյանն ու Սուրեն Հովակիմյանը սահմանազատել են տարածքը, և դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր:Ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ վիրավորներն են Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ, 26-ամյա Դավիթ Ս.-ն և Երևանի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Գևորգ Մ.-ն:Ահազանգով ժամանել է նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:Հիվանդանոցից որոշ ժամանակ անց ահազանգել են Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին և հայտնել, որ վիրավորներից Դավիթ Ս.-ն գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:

Դեպքի փաստով Ավան և Նոր նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Ոստիկանությունն ու Քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ դեպքի հանգամանքները, սպանությունը կատարող անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան և հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզել են դանակահարողի ինքնությունը:Նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով՝ որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հայտնում:
