Ինչպես սեղան գցել 2024 թվականի Ամանորի համար և ինչ ուտեստներ չպետք է լինեն սեղանին

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Նոր տարին 2024-ը կանցկացվի կանաչ վիշապի նշանի ներքո: Ամենից հաճախ հին ժամանակներում վիշապները պատկերված էին կարմիր կամ ոսկեգույն երանգներով, բայց տարվա խորհրդանիշը կանաչն է, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ճահճայինը: Հենց այս գույներով է պետք ընտրել սփռոց, անձեռոցիկներ, սպասք, մոմեր, դեկոր։ Կամ կանաչը սպիտակ, կամ կարմիր, կամ ոսկեգույն երանգով: Մանուշակագույն, արծաթագույն, դեղին երանգով տեքստիլը և սպասքը թույլատրվում են, բայց որպես կարմիրի կամ կանաչի հավելում:

Քանի որ մեր վիշապը չինական է, սեղանին տեղին կլինեն սուշին, ռոլերը և բրնձով աղցանները: Բայց ծովախեցգետնի աղցան չի կարելի պատրաստել ծովախեցգետնի ձողերով և ձվերով, դա չափազանց խղճուկ է:  Տարվա խորհրդանիշին դուր կգա նաև կարմիր ձուկը․ այն թույլ կտա հասնել բարեկեցության։ Աղանդերը պետք է զարդարված լինեն թարմ հատապտուղներով։

Բայց այս տարի սեղանին հավ ու հնդկահավ չի կարելի մատուցել՝ թռչուն է, թեւեր ունի՝ վիշապի պես, և Վիշապը  կբարկանա։ Հիշեք՝ հավը նշանակում է աղքատություն, իշխանը և սաղմոնը՝ հարստություն:  Սեղանի համար միրգ գնեք: Տապակել հավ՝ սպասեք խնդիրներ ֆինանսների հետ: Չեմ կռկռում, զգուշացնում եմ. Վիշապը նույնպես առանձնապես չի սիրում սունկը, ինչպես սոխը, բայց այն  բարենպաստ տեսք կունենա խոզի մսի վրա: Պետք չէ նաև աղցաններին պղպեղ ավելացնել, հակառակ դեպքում ինքներդ ձեզ համար կոնֆլիկտներ կստեղծեք։
