«Սորոսականները» հերքում են Փաշինյանին. Հայաստանում կոռուպցիոն աճել է

Հայ հասարակությունն ամենևին չի հավատում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմակիցների հավաստիացումներին, թե Հայաստանում համակարգային կոռուպցիա չկա։ 20 տարի առաջ, ՄԱԿ գլխավոր ասամբլեան իր 58/4 բանաձևով ընդունեց կոռուպցիայի դեմ կոնվենցիան, և այսօրը՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ը, հռչակվեց որպես կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օր։

Արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ գործող կառույցները, որոնք Հայաստանում հետևում են կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներին և պարբերաբար զեկույցներով հանդես գալիս, այս տարի ևս հրապարակել են հարցման արդյունքները, ընդ որում՝ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո «Տրանսպարանս ինտերնեյշնըլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնը հանրային տրամադրությունների զգալի փոփոխություն է արձանագրել։ Կոռուպցիայի ընկալման համաթիվը 2019-2020 թվականներին աճել էր միանգամից 14 միավորով, 2021 թվականին մնացել անփոփոխ, իսկ 2022 թվականին նահանջել էր 3 կետով։

Այս տարվա արդյունքները ավելի քան մտահոգիչ են և ապացուցում են, որ գործող իշխանությունը ձախողել է նաև կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը։ Մասնավորպես հարցվածների 60%-ը համարում է, որ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կոռուպցիայի մակարդակը Հայաստանում աճել է, կամ մնացել է անփոփոխ։ Հարցվածների միայն 2 %-ն է նշել կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելումը որպես կառավարության վերջին 6 ամիսների ամենամեծ նվաճում։ Իսկ հարցվածների մեծ մասը՝ 43 %-ը, նշել է, որ ոչ մի նվաճում կառավարությունը չի ունեցել։ 2018 թվականից հետո Փաշինյանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե իրենց հաջողվել է Հայաստանում վերացնել համակարգային կոռուպցիան։

Տակավին, մի քանի օր առաջ նույն Փաշինյանն արդեն կառավարության նիստում խոստովանել էր, որ կաշառք վերցնում են որտեղ պատահի և ինչպես պատահի։ Փաստացի, նույնիսկ ամենակարևոր հարցը, որ գործող վարչախումբը դրել էր իր առջև, այս իշխանությունը ձախողել է։
