Ընդդիմության սխալն օգտագործեցին իր դեմ

Ազգային ժողովը երեկ Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի անդամ է ընտրել, ընդ որում՝ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցչի։

2002-2022 թվականներին Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Մանվել Բադալյանի թեկնածությունը առաջադրել էին ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները։ Սովորաբար, երբ ընդդիմությունը որևէ թեկնածու է առաջադրում՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» բուռն քննարկումներով ձախողում է այդ ընտրությունները։ Երեկ, սակայն, տարօրինակ կերպով հենց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» էր ավելի շահագրգռված Մանվել Բադալյանին ՄՊՀ անդամ ընտրելու հարցում, ավելին՝ պարզվեց, որ Բադալյանը հանդիպել և աշխատանքային քննարկում է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրի» հետ։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի օրոք բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցրած Մանվել Բադալյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման տարիներին ընդդիմադիր է եղել, իսկ երեկ էլ քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 84 պատգամավոր, բոլորը կողմ են քվեարկել։ Տարօրինակ կերպով իրենց իսկ առաջարկած թեկանածուին կողմ չեն քվեարկել «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորները։

Այս հանգամանքը առիթ էր տվել իշխող ուժին հենց ամբիոնից ծաղրական և վիրավորական արտահայտություններ անել ընդդիմության հասցեին։ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն, օրինակ, հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ը ոչ թե քաղաքական գործունեությամբ է զբաղված, այլ՝ տրոլինգով, սպոյլերությամբ, սպամինգով, ամեն ինչով, բացի քաղաքականությունից։ «Կարելի է հիմա պաշտոնապես հայտարարել, որ այդ քաղաքական ուժն ավարտվեց, թվում է, թե տրիվիալ աննշան դեպքով»,- հայտարարել է Ռուբինյանը։

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունից ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում պարզաբանում տարածել է միայն Թագուհի Թովմասյանը, նշել, թե Մանվել Բադալյանը ԱԺ դահլիճում իրեն չի դրսևորել իբրև ընդդիմության կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածու, որևէ տարբերվող տեսակետ չի հայտնել։ «Ես ծանոթ էի իմ դասախոս Բադալյանի տեսակետներին և սպասում էի, որ պետք է առանձնանար իր հնչեցրած գնահատականներով, բայց չլսեցի նման բան, դրա համար չմասնակցեցի քվեարկությանը», -նշել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։

Այս մեկ դեպքն ընդամենն ապացուցում է հայկական քաղաքական դաշտի փչացածության մակարդակը։

Ընդհանրապես, եթե ընդդիմությունը որևէ թեկանծու է առաջադրում, ապա պետք է նաև նախապես ճշտի այդ մարդու մոտեցումները տարբեր հարցերում, այլ ոչ թե ցույց տա, որ գործող իշխանությունները համագործակցեն, կամ ինչ-ինչ ստվերային պայմանավորվածությունների հանգեն այդ անձանց հետ, առավել ևս, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» համար սա քարոզչական հնարավորություն է դարձել՝ ցանկացած ժամանակ երեսով տալու և հայտարարելու, թե իրենք ընտրում են նաև ընդդիմության առաջադրած ներկայացուցիչներին։
