Վերին Լարսի շուրջ իրավիճակը հանդարտվել է, բայց մասամբ

Վերին Լարս անցակետը մասամբ է բացվել հայկական մեքենաների համար, որոնց մի մասը կարողացել է մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան։ Հայաստանի Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության փոխանցմամբ՝ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի հարթակում կայացել է օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն Վերին Լարսի մաքսային անցակետում ստեղծված իրավիճակի քննարկման նպատակով։ Արդյունքում, դեկտեմբերի 2-ից մաքսային անցակետը բաց է բոլոր տեսակի ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների այդ թվում արագ փչացող գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության արտադրանք տեղափոխող բեռնատարների համար։ Կառավարությունը սակայն հայտնում է, որ ներկայումս երկկողմ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է ընթանում Ռուսաստանի տարրական ոլորտում իրավասու պետական կառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների միջև՝ առաջացած խնդիրների հրատապ կարգով լուծման նպատակով։

Հիշեցնենք՝ վերջին օրերին Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանին միակ կապող ցամաքային ճանապարհը՝ Լարսի անցակետը, ամբողջությամբ փակվել էր։ Ռուսաստանի «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» պատճառաբանում էր, որ հայկական ապրանքներում վտանգավոր նյութեր են գտել և դրանց մուտքն արգելվել է։ Խնդիրն, իհարկե, քաղաքական է, այդ կերպ Ռուսաստանը պատժում էր Հայաստանի իշխանություններին։ Ի վերջո առայժմ փոխզիջումային տարբերակ է ընտրվել, սակայն քննարկումները շարունակվում են։ Ամեն դեպքում ռուսական կողմի համար պարզ է դարձել, որ Փաշինյանը և նրա ղեկավարած վարչախումբն առանձնապես շահագրգռված էլ չեն հայ արտադրողների և արտահանողների համար զիջումների գնալ Ռուսաստանի հետ և բնականաբար կնախընտրեն, որ բազմաթիվ հայ գործարարներ մեծ վնասներ կրեն, քան թե որևէ քաղաքական հարցով զիջումների գնան ռուսական կողմի հետ։

Ի վերջո ռուսական կողմն ինքը պետք է ընտրի արդյոք ավելի է սրվում հայ ռուսական հարաբերությունները, ինչի նպատակը հենց ունի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե փորձում են աշխատել հասարակության և հայ ժողովրդի հետ, հակառակ պարագայում գործարարների կրած վնասները շղթայական ազդեցություն են ունենալու հանրության լայն շերտերի վրա։ Արդյունքում հակառուսական տրամադրություններն ավելի են խորանալու, առավել ևս, որ գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են այդ ուղղությամբ։
