SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով` նոյեմբերի 30-ին Երևանում հարձակման է ենթարկվել «Հայաստանի խուլերի միավորման» նախագահը: Այդ օրը ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Կողբացի փողոցի 69 հասցեում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել և կա վիրավոր:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժnի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազորի գլխավորությամբ:Մինչ օպերատիվ խումբը պարզում էր դեպքի հանգամանքները` «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «ԳՈՒԱՎ հարցական» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ` 40-ամյա Վալենտին Ս.-ն է:

Մինչ բժիշկները օգնություն էին ցուցաբերում վիրավորին, ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարզել են, որ նշված հասցեում ավտոկայանատեղի հետ կապված վիճաբանության ժամանակ հարվածել են ՀՀ խուլերի միավորման նախագահի ավտոմեքենայի շարժիչի ծածկոցին, ինչից հետո սկսել են միմյանց փոխադարձ հարվածներ հասցնել և միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, բացահայտ կերպով անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել հասարակության նկատմամբ:

Քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները խուլիգանություն կատարելու և գույքը դիտավորյալ վնասելու հիմնավոր կասկածով կարճ ժամանակում հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել, ապա ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին են տեղափոխել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Հովհաննես Հ.-ին, Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Արթուր Պ.-ին, Երևանի բնակիչներ 21-ամյա Արսեն Գ.-ին և 50-ամյա Անդրանիկ Գ.-ին:Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջիններս հայր ու որդի են:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով «խուլիգանություն» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
