Ինչի մասին է ապագան և հնարավոր ընտրությունները․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, նախկին պատգամավոր Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը «Ինչի մասին է ապագան և հնարավոր ընտրությունները» վերտառությամբ հոդված է գրել։

 

Հոդվածն ամբողջությամբ ստորև՝

Իշխանությունն ինչ կազմով, ինչ տեսքով էլ գնա ընտրության՝ առաջ է քաշելու երկու գաղափար՝ «Խաղաղություն» և «Արդարության վերականգնում»։ Նիկոլի հրապարակային վերջին բոլոր ելույթները դրա մասին են, և ըստ էության նա նախընտրական փուլում է։ Նա ուրիշ ասելիք չունի։
Առաջինը ենթադրում է՝ կատարել Ադրբեջանի բոլոր պահանջները, երկրորդը՝ «թալանը հետ բերենք»։

Նիկոլն ունի պատմական ամենաբարձր անտիռեյտինգը, բոլոր սոցիոլոգները դա գիտեն, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ հնարավոր չէ նորից խաբել ժողովրդին։ Միանգամայն հնարավոր է, եթե պայմանները լինեն նույնը։ Նիկոլն այսօր անապատի վարչապետն է, դիմացը ոչինչ չկա, դրա համար էլ ինչ ուզում՝ ասում է, և եթե ընտրությունները լինեն նույն պայմաններում, նա հաջողելու է։  

Նշված բովանդակությունը հասարակության վրա ծախելու պրոցեսը պահանջելու է տեխնոլոգիա, և դա լինելու է առճակատումը, արհեստական բարիկադավորումը։ Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ անելու է հասարակությունը բաժանելու համար.
1. Խաղաղության և պատերազմի կողմնակիցների
2. Արևմտամետների և ռուսամետների
3. «Թալանը պաշտպանողների» և «թալանը հետ բերողների»

Բոլոր երեքն էլ կեղծ են, սուտ են, արհեստական։ Բայց արդեն հիմա այս բաժանումներն աշխատում են, իսկ նախընտրական փուլում նա սրելու է մինչև կտրուկ ներհանրային առճակատում։
Պարզ ասած՝ ստեղծելու է մթնոլորտ, համաձայն որի՝ իր դեմ կանգնածները «պատերազմի, թալան փրկելու և ռուսոֆիլ» շրջանակներն են։ Ընտրողների մի  մասին համոզելու է, իսկ ավելի մեծ մասի մոտ կոտրելու է ընտրության գնալու ցանկությունը՝ թողնելով տներում։

Մյուս կողմից, այս իշխանության անփոփոխ մնալը (եթե ընտրություններ չեն լինում) կամ վերարտադրությունը Հայաստանի վերջին էջն է։ Ի՞նչ անել, ինչպե՞ս անել, որ ժողովրդին խաբելու կարգախոսները չաշխատեն, ի՞նչը չի արվում, ի՞նչ է պետք անել, որ երկրում վերջապես նոր, ադեկվատ իշխանություն ձևավորվի ու երկիրը դուրս գա աղետի չդադարող փուլից։ Հաջորդ անգան հենց սրա մասին կխոսենք։
