Ի՞նչ են թաքցնում սահմանազատման անվան տակ

Տավուշի մարզի և Ադրբեջանի Ղազախի շրջանի հատվածում երեկ կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնողովի թվով 5-րդ հանդիպումը։ Նախորդ 4-րդ հանդիպումն էլ կայացել էր նույն այդ հատվածում, մինչ այդ ևս 3 հանդիպումներ կայացել էին Երասխում, Մոսկվայում և Բրյուսելում։

Ինչպես սովորաբար նման հանդիպումներից հետո Հայաստանի իշխանությունները բավականին տեղեկություններ հայտնում են, պայմանավորվածությունների մասին, ընդհանուր գծերով պատմում, թե ինչ են որոշել։ Սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքը, որոնք հայկական կողմից ղեկավարում է փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ադրբեջանական կողմից էլ տարիներ առաջ Նոյեմբերյանում ապրած Շահին Մուստաֆաևը, մեծամասամբ գաղտնի է իրականացվում, իսկ պայմանավորվածությունների մասին ոչինչ չեն ասում, այս անգամ ևս կցկտուր տեղեկություններ են հայտնել, որոնցից ոչինչ հասկանալ հնարավոր չէ։

Մասնավորապես նշվում է, թե կողմերը շարունակել են սահմանազատման հարցերի քննարկումը, անդրադարձել են կազմակերպչական և ընթացակարգային մի շարք հարցերի, նախնական համաձայնացրել են հանձնաժողովների միջև նիստերի և համատեղ աշխատանքների, հանդիպումների անցկացման աշխատակարգի տեքստը։ Պայմանավորվել են սկսել համատեղ գործունեության վերաբերյալ կանոնակարգի նախագծի համաձայնության աշխատանքները, նաև նախանշել հանձնաժողովների հաջորդ հանդիպման անցկացման ամսաթիվն ու վայրը։ Մեկ պարբերությամբ ասած պայմանավորվել են պայմանավորվածությունների վերաբերյալ, ոչ մի այլ մանրամասն, հատկապես անկլավների թեման, որ պարբերաբար բարձրացնում է Ադրբեջանը, ինչպես նաև սահմանային բլուրների մասով, որևէ տեղեկություն չկա, այդ կերպ հանրությանը կրկին թողնում են անորոշության մեջ։

Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է իրեն վերադարձնել 8 գյուղ, որոնցից մեկը գտնվում է Վայոց ձորի մարզում՝ Տիգրանաշենը և մնացած 7-ը՝ Տավուշի մարզում։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները երկար չեմուչումից հետո վերջնականապես հաստատել են, որ անկլավների թեման քննարկվում է, մյուս կողմից էլ Հայաստանը պահանջում է Արծվաշենը։ «Ադրբեջանական» 8 գյուղերի մակերեսը գրեթե հավասար է Արծվաշենի մակերեսին, սակայն կա մի չափազանց կարևոր հանգամանք։ Արծվաշեն հասնելու համար հայկական կողմը լուրջ բարդությունների է առնչվելու, քանի որ Արծվաշենը գտնվում է հարթավայրային տարածքում և Հայաստանին անցնելու փոխարեն նույնիսկ այն պաշտպանելը գրեթե անհնար կլինի, ուստի և չափազանց բարդ է լինելու արծվաշենցիներին համոզել վերադառնալ իրենց բնակավայրեր, իսկ թե՛ Տիգրանաշենը և թե՛ Տավուշի մարզում գտնվող գյուղերը ռազմավարական առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն և ադրբեջանցիներին հանձնելու դեպքում դրանք պարզապես վերահսկելու են միջպետական մայրուղիները՝ անմիջական սպառնալիք դառնալով Հայաստանի գլխին։
