ՀայաՔվեի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Ցոլակ Ակոպյանի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է վարչական հսկողություն՝ զազրելիության աստիճանի շինծու քրեական գործով

Քիչ առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ դատարանը Վ․ Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր, քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու, ՀայաՔվեի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Ցոլակ Ակոպյանի նկատմամբ կիրառել է վարչական հսկողություն խափանման միջոցը՝ զազրելիության աստիճանի շինծու քրեական գործով։
 
Դատարանի կողմից դակված այս հակաիրավական ակտը Ցոլակ Ակոպյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քաղաքական հետապնդումների հերթական դրսևորումն է։ Վերջին շրջանում Ակոպյանը խիստ քննադատության է ենթարկում գործող իշխանություններին` Արցախի հարցում վարած կործանարար քաղաքականության համար։
Ցոլակ Ակոպյանին հետապնդում են, ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս, բացակայած դասախոսի փոխարեն՝ որպես դեկան, ուսանողից քննություն ընդունելու և քննական տեղեկագրում ստորագրելու համար։
 
 Ծիծաղելի ու ողբերգական այս մեղադրանքը և դրա հիման վրա կայացված խափանման միջոցի դատական ակտը մեր արդարադատության ամոթն ու խարանն են։ Նման անհեթեթ մեղադրանք հայաստանյան արդարադատության պատմության մեջ երբևիցե չի եղել։ Առավել քան համոզված ենք, որ այս խայտառակ քաղաքական հետապնդումը նախաձեռնվել և իրականացվում է անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքով և գիտությամբ։
