ԽԾԲ-ն և դրա հետևանքներն ապօրինի բիզնեսի վրա

Ոստիկանությունը բերման է ենթարկել ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի կնոջ անունով գրանցված՝ հանքարդյունահանմամբ զբաղվող ընկերության տնօրենին ու աշխատակիցներին։ Նախօրեին իրավապահներն ապօրինի գործող հանքի տարածքից նրանց տեղափոխել են քննչական մարմին։ Ավազի հանքի աշխատանքը դադարեցվել է։

Պատգամավորի կնոջ ընկերության կողմից ավազի ապօրինի արդյունահանման հետևանքով պետությանը խոշոր վնաս է պատճառվել։ Ըստ դատախազության՝ 2023 թ․-ի մարտի 13-ին Ռանչպար բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում առանց ընդերքօգտագործման իրավունքի 6750 խորանարդ մետր ավազակոպճային լեռնային զանգված է տեղահանվել, որի հետևանքով 2.4 հեկտար հողաբուսական շերտ է վնասվել։ Ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության, հողը փչացնելու, ընդերքի պահպանման և օգտագործման կանոնները խախտելու հատկանիշներով քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։

Ավազի ապօրինի արդյունահանման մասին հրապարակումներից հետո Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի կինը՝ Նաիրա Հակոբյանը, «Արարակ» ՍՊԸ-ում ունեցած իր 100 % բաժնեմասը փոխանցել է այլ անձի՝ Վրեժ Եղոյանին, որը Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի բիզնես գործընկերներից է։ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորն ինքն ավելի վաղ հերքում էր տեղեկությունները, թե իր կնոջը պատկանող ընկերությունն օրենք է խախտում, իսկ իրավապահները, թերևս չեն վստահում իշխող խմբակցության անդամին։

Ընդհանրապես կոռուպցիոն այս շղթան և հովանավորչությունը, որի դեմ ժամանակին պայքարում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իր իսկ կառավարման օրոք հասել է աննախադեպ խայտառակ չափերի։ Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը միակը չէ, որի ընտանիքի անդամները պետական բարձր պաշտոններ են սկսել զբաղեցնել, կամ էլ հովանավորության բիզնեսով են զբաղվում, առավել ևս, որ ձերբակալությունից հետո իրավապահ մարմինները հայտարարեցին, թե որևէ մեկին մեղադրանք առաջադրված չէ, գործով կասկածյալներ չկան։ Շատ դեպքերում նույնիսկ գործը դատախազին էլ չի հասնում մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ինչը հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ մենք՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության, գործ ունենք շարքային կոռուպցիոններների հետ։
